Well, I stumbled upon this thread by accident again. Although I don't believe the meta is fully settled, I think it's about time to look back.
1. I definitely think I was right with this one. It's tier 3, which is where I expected it to be.
2. I'm happy with the wording, because I think that I hit the nail on the head. Shudderwock is extremely stupid, but it's also bad. The possible change in animation is not a nerf.
3. Once again, it wasn't a very bold prediction, but it is very true.
4. Correct, it's not nearly as good as people thought it would be
5. I was wrong on this one. Maybe if the meta would change a little to see more secret mages and spell hunters, but I don't think so.
6. Again wrong (baku rogue). It's not very good, but I'd call it good.
7. Wrong again :(
8. Correct
9. Wrong, it's decent in some decks but not very good.
10. Wrong, but I'm not willing to fully give up on baleful
Yesterday I decided that I had let the meta settle long enough; I was going to craft a deck. So I looked at my collection and decided that taunt druid looked pretty good. All I had to craft were two cubes, one witching hour and one branching paths. The deck looked fun, I didn't see it much, and I didn't have to craft much (even though the deck has a lot of unique legendaries).
So I crafted it and did the tavern brawl, and ground ladder. it was a lot of fun and what a pleasant surprise: I felt favored against cubelock (pretty much only when they draw the nuts they win). I didn't queue into any mirror matches for the first 2-3 hours, and I had expected that; taunt druid was not a popular deck. Then during the evening the amount of taunt druids suddenly skyrocketed. I feel favored in mirrors (I'm pretty sure I'm 7-2) but the mirrors are so boring and long. Besides, if taunt druid was as popular when I decided to craft it, I would've though twice.
I don't know where this increase comes from (I saw Kolento play it to legend, so maybe?) but it's so annoying how the ladder can change all of the sudden.
Yeah, I find it pretty shitty too. Who asked for a second ladder? Literally all I met were the top metadecks. Anyway, got some nice rewards, and don't intend on playing again.

-Does he think that other people only play their own game? Does he think that others can't think for themselves? Is he a dedicated solipsist? We will never know.
But even if it would still be in standard, it wouldn't see play right? Doppelgangster and many more good cards are out. It's not a card I particularly miss.
The reason keleseth is so good in spiteful is because the two good 2-mana druid cards are spells (wrath, wild growth). But you can definitely hit legend with a non-keleseth spiteful druid. You can maybe put in a different two drop, such as dire wolf or who-knows-what, or cut two drops altogether.
Finally guys i have my day today completed the monster hunte adventure and got the card back ,
reached legend first time after 5 months playing this game.
and im still pissed off :D . when u are in legend stop tryharding you motherfuckers and play something fun , your goal is complete and u will NEVER i repeat NEVER be like a ThijsNL in top 10 so please play something fun and fuck your paladins
It's not that hard to reach top 200 if you are a decent player and just grind with a top tier deck. Anyway, the first time I hit legend I started playing fun decks. The first decks I met were obviously netdecks (so they beat me) but that was fine by me, I started at a good legend rank after all.
But then I dropped to rank ~2000 and I STILL constantly met netdecks. I still don't get it, how do these people end up that deep in the dumpster while they play top tier decks?
So yeah, one of the reasons I don't go to legend anymore, is because I've realised the decks I meet will never change.

''I want to play the game but I dislike the game''
Maybe just try to find a deck you like. If there aren't any, then there really isn't a point in playing the game.

I'd rather have a gul'dan, man'ari or pact nerf tbh, or maybe lackey

Just play wild LOOOOOOOOL 4Head
But even if it would still be in standard, it wouldn't see play right? Doppelgangster and many more good cards are out. It's not a card I particularly miss.

Easter isn't fictional. Besides, why do you have to involve religion?

So quest rogue would ban paladin or maybe mage, cubelock/controllock would ban rogue etc.
As much as I'd like to avoid cubelock at all costs, this would not work

Yeah, I faced him once too, that 4 mana card is completely stupid
