The only card I'm missing would be Dreadscale. Do you have a suggestion on a viable workaround? I'm kinda opting for a second Highmane but I'm not sure since it has such a different role compared to Dreadscale.
+1 to removing Ice Block, no class needs invulnerability that can't be removed (Mal Ganis can be killed by more things than Ice Block can be removed by pre-activation), especially not a class that doesn't need board control to fireball you down anyway.
Oh, how smart you are! I can't believe there was even a card that can be used against secrets!!! Let me just put it in my deck because it performs so well against 9/9 classes.
why should it? It's a tech card you put it in when your seeing a lot of one type of clas
While I don't want to sound rude, I think you missed the point. Kezan is not the solution to Freeze Mage being Freeze Mage. It's like telling someone who hates aggro to stick with Control Priest, it doesn't fix any problem that the someone is having with the aggro decks.
I'll go with Mad Scientist because I find playing Freeze Mage excrutiatingly boring, yet I don't think the deck should cease to exist. Same thing for Tempo Mage, although it's more interactive. Also Face Hunters, I don't find any joy in either winning or losing to these, and Mad Scientist is a big reason.
I've beaten a few midrange druids, mech mage, two hunters, two renolocks but have failed to 2 Priests, and 1 midrange paladin. Strangely I have not faced any Aggro Shaman, but surely I will tomorrow.
I think Cursed Blade is a pretty good card in this variation of the deck, as it does 6 damage for 1 mana. It might be VERY bad against Leper Gnomes if they get played after your turn 1 though. I'll tinker with it some more tomorrow.
I'd also like to get suggestion on what should I cut for Mortal Strike (would need to craft them), or if it's worth it at all.
Any variation of Handlock is a very, very tough matchup for Priest. They do get absolutely wrecked by Freeze Mage, Druids and Face Hunters, which are all present on the ladder currently.
As a Priest though, be conservative with your removal, as you want it to affect as many things as possible. I played more Handlock vs Priest than the opposite, and the few times I've lost was when the pressure was too high and I've used my 3 board clears (Shadowflame, Demonwrath, and Hellfire)

Midrange Druid is a very bad matchup in my opinion :(

Thx for the deck!

Hard to pick. I hesitate a lot between Piloted Shredder, Mad Scientist and Mysterious Challenger

I've had some success today on ladder (rank 8) with this :
