First off, if you don't like Standard, play Wild. Secondly, you are completely wrong. Immediately after GvG, Zoo and Hunter were the only two decks that you would see on ladder. Granted most of that was because of Undertaker before the nerf, but still. That was a horrible meta. So far today I've played a C'Thun deck and a face deck, both with success. I see no problems.
Also there is no meta game at the moment so you can't have any idea how balanced things are. In about a week or two, when people have figured out how to play in Standard a bit more, you will be able to make an informed decision on how balanced the game is. You probably lost a bunch of games today which is why you feel this way. Once you get used it, you'll win again. If you just hate Standard, don't play it.
Number 1 is what I'll be doing. I plan on playing a lot of Standard for ranking, but I'll also play a lot of wild to finish off the golden classes that I still need to get.
This is incorrect. You can preorder up until the expansion goes live in your region. If you are going to do it, do it today or early tomorrow, but even that early tomorrow bit is risky because of maintenance.
I heard there will be classic and wild mode? I think naxx won't be in competitive pool? I will be only playing standard mode where only latest cards can be used. Right now I can only afford 40 packs + adventure.
You should focus on buying classic packs and maybe getting the League of Explorers (LOE) adventure. Classic packs are always the best because the cards in that set will always be in "Standard" mode. In Standard, you will always be able to play classic cards, but the barrier for entry in this mode is lower because there are overall fewer cards that you have to own to play the best decks. LOE is a good buy because it gives very good value for the price.
I guess this is what I'm thinking. If you think that a 2/2 dagger in the upcoming Standard meta is significantly better than a 1/2 later in the game, then Justicar is a good idea, but I just can't see that happening. If you want Justicar for a little extra damage on Flurry and a little extra damage over the course of the game, I just can't see the cost of Justicar being worth it. With Poisoned Blade, you can at least trade in to a minion or two over the course of a couple turns before using Flurry. As another option you can always start running Assassin's Blade or Perdition's Blade. I think both those weapons are a better option for what you are trying to do.
Honestly Justicar is Rogue is very bad and if you are running it simply to make the Flurry better, I think you are actually better off running....dare I say...Poisoned Blade
