I've tried the Meat Wagon for a while now and really, its pretty lackluster. Let's play a really bad, understated card so it can get us a pretty good (read: not great) one.
This deck has proven to be a lot stronger than I expected. While it's pure luck I haven't been hit with more silences or hexes yet, I'm 20-0 currently. Wickerflame is a beast. Many games he has single-handedly made sure I live to play Tirion. With Getaway Kodo, Redemption and Desperate Stand followed by Hydrologists getting more kodos and redemptions, my opponent has had to hack through 6+ Wickerflames to get to me.
Nothing quite like the feeling of dropping N'Zoth and getting 4 Tirions and 2 Cairnes.
Uther of the Ebon Blade and Cairne are on the chopping block. Not sure what to replace them with yet though.
Rexxar is a lot of fun. Remember to never craft a Zombeast you can't cast on the same turn unless there was no way to do it anyways (it was your last 2 mana to activate it.) I would agree he's solidly Tier 2 though.
Rotface is fine. Sometimes he wins the game. Sometimes he does very little, if anything. Typical RNG.
Putricide has been very mediocre. You occasionally get a couple of good secrets from him, but a lot of the time you can't afford to hang onto secrets to get value from him.
It's marketing. Building hype for the next expansion. They have done very little in the past to hype up coming xpacs, or they give us random weird throw away promotions like a free Fight Promoter no one wanted or saw coming. This is them stepping it up. I doubt Blizzard is sweating other card games. People will just play them all.

I opened all three.

Designing bad cards to make Discover and/or RNG spell creation not OP is a horrible way to balance a meta.

So damn good. You'll see this card in a lot of decks.
