<card>Proud Defender</card> is the one that I keep messing up in arena atm. Keep forgetting that, when he's the only minion on the board, I should attack first, before playing another dude :/

since none came now i don´t think more will come. I would prefer to HOF theremainin three too. Regardless of their popularity.
They all move to wild at the next rotation anyway, so HoFfing them would make no difference.

Dunno if i agree about reducing to 1 copy of each card, but increasing the cost makes sense to me. The combo w/ baleful banker is pretty damn disgusting and the card has such a powerful effect that 8 mana seems far too cheap.

I'd like to see a Priest hero in the next expansion. Hero cards typically give a huge advantage in the late game, and this would mean that, excluding Lord Jaraxxus, Priest would be one of the few, or possibly the only, class with a hero card when Year of the Raven expansions rotate out. Given how Priest often struggles to compete early in the year, because of its weak classic set, this would help to redress the balance.

I see Control Warriors are now starting to run Baron Geddon in addition to their 2 x Warpath and 2 x Brawl, to deal with swarm decks. Trump's most recent youtube clip shows him wrecking Token Druid with it. Now sure if that skews the deck too much towards dealing exclusively with those kind of decks - I'll be interested to see how things unfold.

Congrats to you, snizz! Its a great feeling to beat your personal best in the game. Here's hoping you hit r10 by the end of the month :)
Try not to let the poison of an attention-seeking minority detract from your achievement. As you'll see from the responses you have so far, the vast majority of the members here take a genuine delight in your achievement and the positive memories it rekindles for them, rather than using it as a cheap opportunity to boast about how good they perceive themselves to be about the game, and to wallow in the perverse satisfaction they get from the replies they generate.

Pulled scargill in my 9th pack and gepetto 38 packs later. Was feeling a bit miffed about nearly hitting the pity counter twice in a row. Then i opened boomreaver 2 packs later. Then, the very next pack I opened (from one of the quests) had two legendaries - tak and lucentbark. Thought i'd had my luck for the day, but went on to open a few more packs anyway - two packs later I unpacked blastmaster boom.
Works out as 6 legendaries plus vargoth from roughly 60 packs. Awesome run of luck! Not sure what to play now :)

Blood Razor, Scourgelord Garrosh, Rotface. Self-damage warrior was one of my favourite decks to come out of KoFT, and I'm very sad that it got little support afterwards, save a few cards like Redband Wasp.
I love garrosh. Imo he's one of the most balanced death knights. Also dead man's hand. I loved playing fat warrior during kft - my win-rate was awful, but those grindy wins were oh so sweet :)

Yeah, im kinda thinking the same way. For a hyper aggro deck, he seems to only get value on turn 5 or later, and is unlikely to survive until the next turn.
Im leaning more towards an overload hybrid with thunderheads, etc.

Do you think Scargill will be mvp in this deck? I have all the non-RoS cards, and plan on crafting any commons and rares i need when the expansion drops, but im not sure whether to spend my dust on the new legendary straight away or run the deck without him for a while to see how the meta pans out.

Before the Year of the Dragon dawns, the sun must first set on the Year of the Raven. Given this, I've been having a last go of some of my Standard decks over the last few days, as it's the last time I'll be able to play them in the format, and it got me wondering about which archetypes everyone will miss the most.
The main deck I keep coming back to is quest warrior (non-odd). It's the only control deck I've been able to afford this year and I love the playstyle and decision-making involved: whether to continue to armour up, or to go on the offensive; whether to use an AoE, or bait out a few more minions first. I realise there are probably more skill-intensive control decks out there, but Scourgelord Garrosh will always have a special place in my heart, as it's the first deck I built with my current account, and I could only build it because the DK and Fire Plume's Heart were the first two legendaries I received from KFT and UnGoro.
The other deck I've been enjoying a lot is, believe it or not, Odd Hunter. While I enjoy the challenge of control games, sometimes I only have a short amount of time to play, can't put my full concentration into a game, want to farm gold, or simply feel the need to SMOrc! I love how the deck can catch players off-guard and cheat out some cheap and nasty wins and, despite it being as close as you can get to a pure aggro deck in the current meta, it does require a degree of decision-making in order to maximise your damage.
So what about you? Which of your decks will give you a lump in your throat as the year rotates and they fade into the Wild?
(BTW, I realise both the decks I've identified, and many more, have their critics, but I'd really appreciate it if this didn't turn into a salt-fest. It's about the love of decks you've enjoyed playing this year, not the hate!)

Thank god for this. The 3-0 police are hot on my heels atm, so I'll be happy to walk away knowing that my current pitiful mage run hasn't been for nothing.

I get that opinions are split about whether or not to indefinitely keep wild cards, although I'd personally hang on to at least the legendaries.
What i dont get is why you'd dust so many cards without any specific crafting plans. Especially when most of us will be getting a hefty dust bonus from hof rotations and dupes in RoS packs.
Surely it's more logical to hold onto any cards until you need their dust to craft something, in case of nerf refunds, last minute changes of heart, etc.?
