With all the spells in this deck i'd go geomancer for spell power. If not, go for loot horder for the draw.

with this deck after you get a good flurry off you are just waiting for the combo to kill your opponent so ensuring the draw seems rather important. auctioneer can be too slow to play and not draw you enough cards whereas you can always play sprint even if that means losing the board if you are winning next turn with a big flurry anyways.

I agree that once you lose board control it becomes very tough, but the amount of times I have won by turn 5 or 6 just makes it absolutely great for ranking up quickly.
I run +1 hex -1 TBK, and +1 bloodlust -1 Azure drake.

Auctioneer is so costly, only 1 mana less than casting a sprint and drawing 4 cards. You won't have to rely on your card draw engine to stay alive and you can use preps more liberally for huge tempo swings with teacher and oil rather than card draw. A greater chance of drawing prep + sprint is good too since it's generally stronger than a 6 mana auctioneer turn.

Nice deck. But i changed the 2 argent squire for 2 clockwork gnomes. Sometimes the square parts are pretty useful. And if not.. just keep them in hand and waste them for doomguard.

I would say for carddraw. => Loot Hoarder or Gnomish Inventor.
If you need spellpower. => Kobold Geomancer.
I run it with Gnomish Inventor. ;)
