Would there be a way to give it to your opponent if they are playing Resurrect/Gallery Priest?

Has anyone figured out a way to use Duskfallen Aviana that didn’t involve my opponent getting a great swing play before they destroy it or just outright killing me on the next turn?  Just wondering if someone has an OP strategy for it yet that I haven’t seen.  Maybe you didn’t think the world was ready for it yet, but we are now.  Is this card any better in wild or worse?

if you have a deck that you actually use it in, feel free to post it here with your strategy.  Thanks in advance for the feedback!

Oh, well, I hope I was still helpful with the suggestion. Snapjaw Shellfighter is a very interesting card for those swarm decks since it protects against AOE and just in general it can be useful in protecting certain key minions. (I like to protect Cauldron with it even though it seems bad since Cauldron has 0 attack; 8 Health is a lot to go through and most of the time it should buy you another turn to get some spells and sometimes that can be game-changing... or you just get Totemic Might, lol. At least Ice Fishing is actually good in this deck, haha.) You're welcome. Yeah, the name is pretty cool - Thanks. :)

Oh, yes.  I need to put Ice Fishing to good use before It leaves Standard and Hagatha won’t give it to me anymore.  Haha. Thanks for the reminder.  ;-D

Blizz making the game profitable as the primary priority? What kind of world do we live in?  Next, you will be telling me that the airlines are cramming people into airplanes, charging you for checked bags, not serving a meal, and not letting you choose your seat simply to make more money and not because customers view it as a higher quality flying experience.

What?!?!  I’ve been had.  I’ll never fly again.

I took a look at your collection (which I hope is not too outdated since it didn't have the quest) and came up with this:

    Unite the Logarithms
Export to BBCode Export to Cockatrice Export to MarkDown Export to Html Clone this deck
    Minion (25) Ability (4) Playable Hero (1)
    Loading Collection

Here is what you would need to craft: 2 Witch's Cauldron (800 dust; really good in swarm decks), 2 Primalfin Totems (200 dust; good for swarming the board with murlocs), 1 Rockpool Hunter (40 dust; extremely good Murloc, good stats and a bonus), 1 Ghost Light Angler (40 dust; cheap and good for quest completion), 2 Call in the Finishers (40 dust; cheap and good for quest completion). That's a total of 1,160 dust. Not sure if budgetish enough for you, but that would be my suggestion.

This is for an alternate account, so that’s why you didn’t see the quest.  Snapjaw is interesting,.  I’ve been meaning to try this card out, but haven’t even really played with it yet at all.  Thanks for the build!  Love the title btw.  ;-)

I got the “Unite the Murlocs” card for one of my alternate accounts.  So, I have to (yes, my brain tells me I have no choice) to make a Wild Murloc deck.  I say Wild because I want to continue to play with it after the Stsndard rotation.  I’m not really going to try to ladder with it, but I would like it to be halfway decent.  It also needs to be sort of budgetish.  Does anyone have any build suggestions?  Also, what are the best Wild Murloc cards in general?

    Maybe

    Budget Murloc
Export to BBCode Export to Cockatrice Export to MarkDown Export to Html Clone this deck
    Minion (25) Ability (5)
    Loading Collection

Thanks KC!  Appreciate the build and the bloodlust replacement suggestion.

Looking at the cards available, I’d say the best ones are Finja, murk eye, and neptulon. You have access to coldlight as well. I’d say the best (fun) idea for a build is some kind of card advantage murloc build with mountain giants.

Yeah, Coldlight Oracle might be good.  Thanks.

    Quote from iWatchUSleep >>

People don't hate wild. People just don't care about wild.

If Blizzard doesn't care about wild, why should the players? The only way for pro players to make a living off hearthstone is by playing standard. That format is actively supported by Blizzard in the form of tournaments (I'm not counting one lousy tournament per year for wild, that's negligible).

So if all the good players focus on standard, and tournaments do too, then all the viewers naturally will, too. Which is why no one really cares about wild.

    Oh, and big priest.

This is totally on point, and that about sums it up better than I have heard anyone else say it.  Being a noob, I got lulled into thinking that Wild was a subpar way to play and dusted a lot of cards (put me in the long list of players that regretted that).  If you’re not trying to stream or be a pro player, there is really no reason to get caught up in the Standard hype.  Wild is challenging and fun.

posted a message on April 2019 predictions?

I can’t believe there Is not much news at all for the April 2019 expansion yet.  The closest thing I have heard to news is Iksar, in a recent interview, eluding to there being at least one (possibly more) cards like Dirty Rat that could disrupt OTK decks.  Is this news?  Has anyone heard anything else that might be interesting?  What predictions do you have?  I’m guessing they want introduce a new interaction like they did with Magnetic and Overkill?

My prediction is they give us something else for Mecha’thun Paladin or Hakkar Paladin.  The Hearthstone design team had already made it clear during the Equaliry nerf that they really do like control Paladin, and they want to keep Equality to be used mostly for control Paladin.  They also said they have been testing Equality a lot at four mana and it feels pretty good.  We know that Iksar said recently that they have been play testing the next two sets.  We also know that Uther OTK is leaving standard.  So, have they been play testing control Paladin “ a lot” in the next two expansions?  if so, i think it’s got to be for Mecha’thun or Hakkar.  The Prismatic Lens Mech’thun build was not great, but maybe the team has something extra in store to make it playable.  The Liam Hakkar build could also get more interesting.  Is this prediction way off base?  What are you archetype predictions?

Play an OTK deck yourself, and see what beats you.

Seriously good advise.  This is by far the best way to learn to play against another archetype.  Once you learn to think like your opponent, you will learn to play around them.

I played Deathrattle Rogue and its still doing good on ladder Sticky minions with sap and evisc is too much for opponents .

I’m a Baku/Genn supporter, but Deathrattle Rouge is way more fun than Odd Rouge anyway IMO.  It’s not even close.
