It will make the beast varient of quest Hunter way better. The fact its "summons" and not "play" means it works well with Desert Spear in general, so it could find a place in midrange Hunter as well.
He is typically a little worse then Ooze in most decks, and it's hard for a lot of people to craft a legendary that often looses its spot to a common. But when he is the better choice it really shows, for example if your deck likes card draw. Thats why he is much better then Ooze in warrior right now; that three draw off of weapons project is huge. He is a safe craft sure, but not a card you can just throw in any deck that needs weapon removal, since the curve Ooze provides is often more important. If your done buying classic packs, don't have anything else on your make list or really want to play warrior right now, he is worth the craft, otherwise he'll probably feel like a waste of dust.
I mean it'll be the second 1 drop beast in a lot of different hunters decks, assuming nothing better comes out. It's not crazy or anything, but it's good .
Worse because without rng this game wouldn't be anywhere near as popular, and card games without an active userbase fall by the wayside. Thanks to rng, everyone from the best player to the worst player gets that "I still have a chance" feeling even in very unfavorable match ups. That's a big part of why HS is so successful, it keeps you playing and not just giving up whenever you run into unfavorable games. RNG let's people win when they don't deserve it sure, but not having that swing favor would favor whales heavily, in order for a card game to be successful it has to have a way for new/poorer/less talented players to still have at least snowballs chance. RNG in HS has done a decent job of doing that, but they do take it to far in some instanceses.

Um, you play infinite snip the same turn you play RE. Silence isn't an answer.
