This is a build around me card. Unless you draw it literally on the last turn of the game, it's very strong. Remember how that 1/1 hastey pirate is good? Turns out playing cards for free from your deck is good. This belongs in a hunter deathrattle deck, and this is the key tempo swing that will likely win games.
Assuming there are easy ways to get armor this could be a great card. Oh, and yes, there are tons of cards that give druid armor. So yeah, this is good.
With every deck wanting to play anti-weapon cards, this is basically just a 4 mana dummy. Playable if weapons aren't popular, but the anti-weapon meta will likely make this unplayable.
I'd say a 20/20 for 10 is a reasonable vanilla card for constructed. Anything smaller than that is hard to justify since it doesn't have an immediate board impact. A 12/12 with taunt would probably be fine too, but that's not vanilla.
This deck feels disgusting. Might need a bit of tuning, I'm not sure there's room for water elemental in a tempo deck, but otherwise it looks good. Maybe some more damage would be better than water elemental.
When making a jade idol deck, don't waste slots on bad golem cards. idol is a win condition by itself. Instead focus on efficiency, and survivability. Even a reno druid deck could be effective.
The best part of this card is that you don't need to play ANY other golem cards. This can be a singleton in your deck and it's your only win condition. Druid decks with this card will be focusing on survival until they eventually kill you with ever growing X/Xs.

Decent card for tokens as it buffs your minions and allows you to draw deeper.

If so, I don't understand the mana bind, if anything, counterspell might be the best choice against control.
