Im at rank 3 right now, and im facing some but not too much mage. I replaced eater of secrets with a fire fly to help with aggro decks, and help trigger kalamos and can more easily double kalamos with murmuring elemental. Could be better depending on the meta.
Taunt warrior isn't the only one but it's the best. And yes if you run enough anti pirate tech you can do well, that's why they made the Golakka Crab. It may be another meta defined by the percent of players playing pirate warrior and you have to use that to judge how much anti tech to put in. Honestly though aggro pirate druid seems just as strong. Plus I guess the crab can eat some pirates from rogue.
I'm really enjoying the new meta after Ungoro, but my game history has me worried about a few weeks from now... Playing my mid range to control paladin with lots of taunts and heals I still lose to pirate warrior more than I win (currently rank 5). I can still climb and do well because there aren't that many on ladder and i do win some.
The only deck I've played that has a solid winrate against them is my quest taunt warrior, but honestly that turns out to be a pretty boring deck to play. I also don't play much aggro. I'm picturing a future meta of pirate warrior, taunt warrior to counter them, and other aggro decks that can compete with both of those especially flood druid and maybe zoolock. Also priest could find some builds with heavy heal. As much fun as I'm having right now, is anyone else having the same experience or expectations as me?
Not taking credit for this, but he makes a lot of great points and not only points out the flaws in the game but the solutions to make it better. Wanted to share it.
Problem I've been running into running control is, there are too many shaman jades and they get more and more mid range lately. Guessing that's an auto loss with this deck? This meta kind of pinholes you into aggro, jade, or reno...
Druid is doing fine right now, giving it efficient removal would make it overpowered. It's one weakness is falling behind on board take that away it won't be a fun meta.
This is obviously a foreshadow to new rogue cards. Although I don't think I want them to go down that path, why not just let them win with their own cards...

interesting tech, especially since it turned out control heavy. Too bad there were so many warlock thuns

But why the mukla? Make people overdraw?

Yes, but in portal 2 it's much better. It essentially says f*ck life, give the lemons backl I'll make lemon grenades to kill you with.

Just concede every game you can't play dragonhawk turn 1, didn't take too long

Yea but in this competition how many countries are there in the EU vs countries in the NA? Exactly, your country is smaller than Texas or Montana.

USA and Canada and Mexico all made it through?! Pretty much NA best region confirmed.

Definitely needs knife juggler, maybe drop the shamblers.

Nothing against Cloud9, fan of Firebat, but F2K has the best memers no doubt.
