    In my opinion, the mechanic is useless at best and bad at worst. The problem is that you must spend 1 Mana to do it. That 1 Mana do nothing hurts, and most of the time, people won't bother to do it, since they need that 1 Mana, especially against aggro players where every Mana counts.

    I think the mechanic's use case is as a side ability when you're on turn 3 and you only use hero power, for example. It won't be something that will be considered as the center of deck building, unlike Corrupt or Frenzy.

    What do you think?

    It's basically 1 mana, draw a card under certain circumatances. You won't base a deck around it, but if the actual card is good per se, it will be included in decks. Look at how Cutting Class gets played at 2-3 mana, or how Crimson Sigil Runner is played for the draw and not the 1/1. 

     

    Arcane Intellect - 3 mana 2 cards

    Fungal Fortunes - Chance to discard

    Backfire - Damages yourself (sometimes usefull) 

    Trade is a full card AND can be situationally used as a 1 mana draw 1 without any penatly. Look at shaman, craving card draw.

    • Shield Block (Increases the caster's chance to block by 75% for 5 sec., but will only block 1 attack. 

    Most people forget this game is based on WoW. Let me know when you find any guard in Stormwind that casts consecration, holy shock or divine storm.

    It's not a paladin themed expansion at all. Where did you get that idea? Is it because of the SW Guards? They are warriors, not paladins.

    It's not Grommash that needs to be buffed, it's Cruel Taskmaster. Make it 1 Mana 2/1, so that it becomes the same as the Augmerchant cards, instead of your idea.

    Guardian of Kings is fine. Maybe +1 Health is enough. No need to be 6 Mana.

    Dread Infernal is probably a little bit OP at 5. Maybe make the effect "Battlecry and Deathrattle" instead of just Battlecry and keep it at 6.

    Just make Force of Nature at 4 Mana. I know it was nerfed FROM 4 Mana, but the powercreep should allow it to be back at 4 Mana.

    Truesilver Champion is fine. The reason is doesn't see play is because there currently isn't any synergy for the card.

    Giving +4 Attack for Dark Iron Dwarf looks better. So, it's still 4 Mana 4/4, but it gives +4 Attack this turn only instead of +2.

    I like the Void Terror buff, helps Control to fight aggro.

    Ritual of Doom is fine. It's a 0 Mana 4/4, pretty much. Maybe reduce the amount of minions required to 4 instead of 5.

     The reason i went with mana cost on King Krush is because the only reason it ever sees play is when it's cheated out. either way, i think your proposal is fine

     

     

    It would diminish the power Dinotamer Brann. I guess Dinotamer Brann could be buffed to 6 mana. Not sure how these interactions would look like in odd/even hunter though

     Boring?  Watching Mage draw their entire deck by turn 5/6 playing zero cost spells is "fun"?  Watching Paladin have every possible answer to every possible thing you can even imagine doing is fun?  Having NO good neutral counters tro any of this horse dung is fun?  

    What current borken decks do you think take "skill".  Im ready to laugh my arse off if you even mention anything paladin, Mage or basically anything else.  The skill has looooong been removed in favor of game-over turns and ridiculous synergies.  Its great for the 7 year olds so they can win too but it makes the game suck.  Its a casino.  Thats what theyve mad it into.  Its not a "CCG" anymore because it isnt "competitive" at all.  Its just "win at the matchup screen" or "draw busted crap before your opponent does".  Thats all it is.

    The game has always been what you described it to be. There was never any 10000 IQ strategy behind the game, and that's what makes it likeable. If you want startegy then there are tons of games out there that offer it. But those games don't offer what HS does in other departments.
