Hearthpwn

Reached legend with this deck farming (mostly) Druids.

Another solitary/otk deck as expected. Team 5 being, that predictable should tell you something..at least be worried.

Yawn...more solitary decks, power creep, insane draw cards options, insane healing, mana cheating, nothing new and exciting....that's all they are good at at team 5.

The deck is consistent enough to please most Face Hunter fans. Tested at Legend level: Works! Only two things: It's a given for this type of deck: no 1 mana card at the start, you lose. If you end up with 2 cards over 3 mana after mulligan chances of losing are high. Hard mulligan for Trogg whenever you can but specially against Druid and Warlock. 

Saw this deck, tried it as I was D5 and couple of hours later I reached Legend. 21 wins 6 losses. Thanks mate! 

Quest Warrior keeps in check all the OTK decks. I prefer to lose against quest warrior than watch an OTK player's solitary game.

I appreciated the 3 hours of video. Best way to learn about a deck.

It seems for me always the same, nothing new so on and so forth. And.... Mercenaries. I cannot forgive Blizz because they sold 130€ pre-order, promised to do things and they do nothing. Blizz made me really crazy with this. 

Probably time in this game is ended for me. I am not able to appreciate it anymore. 

 I hear you. Thing is I was just like you and said a few times that would quit, actually did try a few days ago then came back. Sign of addiction for sure and I think you are addicted too. Give it a rest play other games for some time then you will be able to come back to HS all excited. I am having a blast with two amazing games I strongly recommend: Valheim et Wildermyth.

I don't hate the mode. I just don't like it cause it's boring for me. On top of that..asking us to pay for a boring game, the way they did it....SPECIALLY the way they did it, made sure that I would never give this mode a chance. 

This will be the first expansion I'll try to go F2P. I have enough gold and dust. we'll see

Sometimes MANKRIK can activate their ICE BARRIER in the end game when shes almost dead. so be careful of that. otherwise any form of face hunter is good.

Ignore Meta and go hard on Arena to maximize your packs from Gold. (In my case turning 8000 Gold into 15000 Gold or 150 Packs)

Then wait whats OP and then its time to craft Goldies. Don't make the mistake like me last expansion, crafting what looks cool (Kargal, Cannonmaster etc) definetly try to hold up the Temptation until Meta stabilizes a bit.

No there no way to do that, and quite frankly, Im glad. I gave 4 solid years to thius game and fell for the idea that it was a skill based game when its clearly not.

Stremers are leaving the game in droves lately too. Most because its just not fun anymore, and its so RNG focuse that playing it for 30 minutes is a chore.

This game has crossed a point of no retiurn regarding the power creep/RNG fiesta, that a return to good old days just wont happen. 

The state of the game directly correlates to the quality of the posts on Herthpwn, and thats why you so much complaining in posts.

The charm is gone, and Hearthstone is exposed for what it really is...gambling disguised as a competitive game. Dopamine hoits from high rolls, top decks, Golden legendaries and turn 5 wins are the only things keeping people playing, new players not withstanding ofd course. It usually take at leasdt a year before the magic of HS wears off. 

I think the future success of forums discussing HS will depend on the state of the game.

I beat a face hunter earlier this evening.  It was the first time I legitimately beat one.

Swap out those watch towers and get some board clearing spells like Combustion or Cone of Cold.  Flamestrike is a great card but unfortunately comes into play way too late vs a fast-paced face hunter.  

The trick is to either keep the entire board clear for as long as possible, because the rush minions and spells can do a ton of “leftover” damage against your hero if you leave a bunch of weak minions out.

Try swapping out Mankrik or Kazakus in favor of C’thun the Shattered, as there are a lot of great spells to either protect you (6/6 minion with taunt) or wipe out lots of weak minions or destroy a single powerful minion.  Aegwynn is an important piece because she provides strong spell damage, and at 5/5, can take some punishment before your hero takes the rest.  

Try and save your other spell damage minions for the “big finish”, or alternatively you may luck out and get C’thun who can do that for you.

 Theres a difference between small nerfs to help balance a class and just destroying an archetype because you lost to it. Just hit penflinger and maybe drop the durability of the weapon. No need to destroy librams.

Hello everyone, its that time of the rotation again when the meta gets shaken up with some new arrivals, as well as some fitting departures (We wont miss you Galakrond)!

NOTE: I will try to make decks that have proven to be effective in the current or recent metagames before making the fun meme decks that may or may not pan out!

Right after the reveal stream ended today I got to work building some decks for you guys and will update this thread as they become available, starting it off with a couple decks from Warlock and Warrior!

Warlock:

• This is my rendition of a brand new archetype for warlock which focuses on self-milling to gain access to powerful cards. I like to call this Self-Destructo Warlock! I made this deck as a stall engine with re-introduced cards like Explosive Sheep and playing Tickatus without the corrupted effect, probably the deck that will be the hardest to gauge in this thread! (Might end up being meme but who knows?)

Warrior: 

• Taking the shell of an already successful deck in the Silas OTK warrior and compensating for the tools lost with brand new additions and cool combos! Outrider's Axe is our new Ancharrr and Rancor + Derailed Coaster is our newfound way to gain large amounts of armor. The Rancor combo I think will make this deck a decent option if the meta suits a slower/OTK playstyle!

• This warrior decks makes use of the new keyword added to the game; Frenzy. Being a largely board-centric deck with strong tools in the midrange (Deck comes online after turn 4) with 2 finishers in the Overlord Saurfang and Alexstrasza the Life-Binder!

I have just finished these four for now and will add more decks from every class within the next few days. I will also add detailed guides for the decks that garner the most attention.
