I'm not sure if the reborn resummons the minion as damaged or with 1 health but if it resummons as damaged this card is pretty good. 2 mana 1/2 that can turn into an 3/1 that summons an 3/1 is pretty ok.
Actually, they don't even need more 5+ mana spells, with the already existing ones, even if you play this with 3-4 mana cost spells in your hand it's already good.
Mark my words: This weapon, although not op, will be played in almost every warrior deck, control or any archetype. It's too flexible and competitive strong for its effect.

Really good, it will be played in a lot of zoo/aggro decks.

Good for quest priest not to complete the quest, but for the hero power effect.
Edit: Basically it becomes a 5/9 taunt for 4 mana.
