What are you win conditions?Maybe adding Leeroy would help for more burst
Hi Lord_Jaraxxus,
Maybe, i'll try but as is the deck is pretty good... idk what tho swap for Leeroy Jenkins, mabye if you face less warrior/hunter you can use it instead of Harrison Jones .
as win condition is to keep the tempo and smash with giants and questing.
Have you tried the deck as is?
Tnx Marcello
Yes I did but the burst feels very lacking compared to say Miracle Rogue.
Personally I'd try to go with more tokens, which basically means including x2 Teachers,x2 PoW,Leeroy and one copy of savage roar
Now that's what I call a legendary clown fiesta.Personally I think the Power of the Wilds are useless in this deck (and in every Ramp Druid deck imo),Prince Malcheezar is overkill (since you are often almost in topdeck mode by the late game, drawing shit like Millhouse can lose you the game on spot) and Y'Shaarj is too slow (Personal opinion,if you do wish to include him I'd say a pair of Bog Creepers will help your survivability).
I'd add more taunts (AoW,Bog Creeper maybe even Dark Arrakoa and one Sen'Jin) and maybe on more early game card (Pyro,Doomsayer)
About the early game choices : First I ran one of Living Roots,Zombie Chow and Doomsayer for the early game versatility but I decided to go double roots + Pyro to have better AoE and combat tokens/patrons (Not sure if Pyro + Starfall works how I want it to,but if I need to combat Patron I will tech in an Azure Drake/Thalnos)
Mid-game/taunts : Good ol' Sen'Jin,Belcher,DotC and AoW are all in there to combat aggressiveness (I subbed one Sen'Jin for Shredder because sometimes I needed to be pro-active)
Draw/ramp : Innervate,Wild Growth,Mire Keeper and Nourish all help you to get to the late game where you can slam down one or two strong minions per turn.
Nourish for card draw because AoL was nerfed and Mire Keeper replaces Keeper of the Grove, again because of the nerf.
Late game finishers : Emperor Thaurissan,Sylvanas Windrunner,Baron Geddon,Kel'Thuzad,Ragnaros the Firelord
Emperor Thaurissan : Sometimes you get a big hand against a slow opponent or you can ramp him out super early so he gets good value, overall decent card but not the strongest in the deck
Sylvanas Windrunner : Semi-board clear against midrange/control decks and a Tirion/Grommash stealer
Baron Geddon : Another board clear, decent sized.
Kel'Thuzad : Got any board to stick?KT seals the deal.
Ragnaros : The big guy of the deck, puts your opponent on a clock
Hey... if i wanna play this deck in wild what Changes whould you make or leave it like it is ?
You can make a lot of changes, but the most important ones are adding x2 Dark Bombs.
Besides you can also add stuff like Alex,Chilmaw,Ragnaros,Sylvanas,Siphon Soul to your deck to make it late game, don't forget Healbots,Implosion,I also like Doomsayers so i won't have to waste early Darkbombs
If it gives you a random class legendary you don't own, getting King Krush right after disenchanting him will be sad.On the other hand 5$ is practically free for me since Amazon lets you get 5$ for referring your friend (which is yourself for another 5$ :^) )
I don't know how to make a new thread but since we're talking about nerfs here, I think mage basic class cards need to be nerfed. 4 mana 6 damage, 4 mana transform anything into a 1/1 and 7 mana clear your board should not be basic cards, they should be in the expert set. Fireball and frostbolt should be rare, flamestrike should be epic. You should not be able to open a new account, use the basic mage deck and be able to compete with tier 1 decks. It makes no sense. What other classes' basic cards are as powerful as mage? None.
What does rarity have to do with power? Are you a dumbass? Why shouldn't a skilled player be able to compete with a tier 1 deck if he's good at the game? Are you saying he should be restricted by his cards.
Trust me I tried that idea, but the strength of the old FoN + Roar combo is that you could damage them beforehand so the 14 damage would finish them off, doing it the combo way means you have no means to do 16 damage unless you're playing against an afk.
Instead I run x1 Druid of the Saber and x1 Leeroy Jenkins in my Token Druid deck and I don't run Yogg.
The idea is the same like Token Druid except you often can steal a win because of your chargers and Savage Roar,it feels like old Midrange Druid.
If anyone's interested in my idea I have it in my decks
