Oh no, not my Soul Barrage Suffocating Shadows!

There's been quite a few cards this expansion which are blatant reprints and increased power level of old cards sheesh.

I honestly think it might be one of the worst we've ever seen. A lot of card reveals are just scheduled poorly and it's either disappointing, confusing, or downright frustrating.
Some examples:
The entire Relic situation for Demon Hunter. How do you expect us to understand what a card does without context. I'm obviously talking about the demon hunter location Relic Vault which was revealed without knowing what relics are and what they do.
The same happens with the Rogue secret archetype. We've seen them reveal Ghastly Gravedigger without revealing any new secrets and while having none currently in standard. This can obviously lead to confusion, especially among new players.
More of a nitpick, but revealing the Shaman legendary The Stonewright before revealing any other totem Shaman support cards is kinda annoying. It removes the anticipation from the big payoff card that ties the archetype together. Revealing other totem support cards and in the end, the legendary would've lead to a better "reveal experience".
And I know it happens a lot, but the last-minute balance changes are also a thing. Unlike recent expansions, this reveal season has had many cards changed after they were revealed. Cards like Deathborne, Elitist Snob, Convoke the Spirits and more had been changed right after getting revealed, making it confusing to players who might find two different versions of the same card online, not knowing which is the right one.
But these are just my thoughts, what do you think?

I'm sure they don't just *think* people like something. They know exactly how many people play each brawl. If they are basing it on popularity (and no one said they are), then the random ones must be more popular than you think. I know free players like the ones that do not require you to build a deck, for obvious reasons.
Your personal distaste for something is not indicative of the preferences of other gamers.

Duels literally is Dungeon run, just better because it’s pvp

Real talk, preorder heroes were:
DH ->1 Aranna Starseeker*
Druid->2 Hamuul, Elise
Mage->2 Kel, Onyxia (Human)
Priest->1 Lazul
Shaman->3 Rastakhan, Thunder King*, Vashj
Warlock->2 N'zoth, Mecha Jaraxxus
Warrior->2 Deathwing (Undead), Vanndar
Sooo, not as bad as you probably think.
* Bundle, not Preorder, my bad

I was replying to the multiple other people that said something should be nerfed.

Identify What is Wrong With Battlegrounds.
1) Tavern selection is too important. There are "win the game" units and you don't find even one, you lose.
2) First few turns of the game aren't really choices usually.
3) Elementals are stupidly OP right now.
4) Pirates only win building a ridiculous machine while also being ridiculously OP mid game.
5) Some heroes are dramatically better versions of other heroes. Sneed hero power gives permanent deathrattle > Lich King. Cookie is a superior form of Galewing (because it is one turn faster and tutors). Galewing is a superior form of Elise, who has to pay mana for her discovers.

Think Korrak the Bloodrager is going to make a nice addition in my Sheldras Moontree deck where I play Survival of the Fittest. Would be a nice fit alongside Moonfang
I could also see Korrak in Warlock deck alongside Dreaded Mount in a "Sacrifice your own creature" deck.
Desecrated Graveyard
Sacrificial Summoner
Ritual of Doom
Grimoire of Sacrifice
Void Terror going to love Korrak....
Disciplinarian Gandling
Tamsin's Phylactery

this card might get weird in a paladin deck with Librams or a lot of buffs. Can sorta play around your opponents honorable kill

Seems playable. 2 mana deal 5 damage the next turn is pretty good. And you have the flexibility of just leaving it there until you can get a good trade.
5
They do. The bonus effect gives two corpses back, for a net loss of two corpses. (The original two bodies don't count since you don't need to spend corpses to gain those two bodies anyway.)
1
I'm gonna be charitable and say that the reveal schedule was structured deliberately to evoke a murder mystery - you get some clues but don't appreciate their significance until all the pieces fall into place.
6
This is utter crap. No one is paying 7 mana for a pile of stats with no immediate impact on the board, no matter how high those stats are, let alone one which needs to be infused by specific minions to get big.
1
Basically adds an Inner Fire effect to all your spells which target friendly minions. Seems really strong for a three mana minion which is hard to kill.

If you want shorter games that you can play during a commercial break or in between sets at the gym, go play another game. Hearthstone has never purported to be that game.
1
Magnetize Snip Snap 3x (4 mana) then play the 1/1. Attack face. Should give you 21-22 damage depending on whether the shark missile hits the hyena (lethal regardless).
2
People are majorly sleeping on this card. This is not meant to be played on curve at 5-mana. Instead, you wait until your opponent's health is low before playing it. For example, if you play this on Turn 10 while your opponent has 10 health left, your opponent effectively is prevented from making use of their full turn because they would otherwise die.
And even if your opponent has more than 10 health, they can be baited into getting into danger zone where you can kill them the next turn (e.g. with curses).
The downside risk is low because not many meta decks now can kill you immediately from hand, and you can simply not play this card when facing those decks (or do so only when you know they lack the combo pieces in hand).
1
It's not that hard to kill his arms, they only have two Health each. Then all you have left is a 10-mana 7/7 to deal with.

Man I'm slow, this is the first time I noticed that "Holy Maki Roll" is a pun for Holy Mackerel!
