The amount of times I have been killed because of randomly generated cards is just infuriating.

Earlier I needed just one turn to recover and I counted 14 damage at most from a warrior combo including at least one lucky kobold lackey. I had 17 health.

I'm sorry seems like I should have guessed that they had 3 kobold lackeys from the 3 random lackeys he got earlier. My bad.

Rogue is another monster all together. But it really feels like Hearthstone doesn't want people to think anymore. That or it expects players to consider every single card in standard from every class every turn to make your decisions, which to me is not good design.

You can't get good at this game though.

You are either lucky or not. there is nothing else to it.

Mana cheating cards have been and always will be a problem.

Right now its very common for Rogue for use toggwaglge to draw 3 cards for 0 mana, and half the time its damn fully powered galakrond to get +4 cards for 0.

Happened twice in a row earlier and its so infuriating for them to play over 40+ mana cheated in just two turns. while I only have 7 .

The thing that pisses me the off related to Hearthstone isn't even the game itself, is the baby mods in this forums that literally anyone saying anything not nice about a deck gets sent in here, threads locked and told to fuck off to the thread nobody cares about.

If you ever read this, you guys are pathetic, no better than blizzard in censorship like the whole China fiasco.

Unfortunately anyone that shares a similar right mentality like you has been lynched away by the blizzard sheep force, only few of us that can see how bad the game has turned are around and we keep being attacked for trying to bring reason to the masses.

Glad to hear people get upset when I do that. Makes me happy.

Congrats, you are the whole reason why there is no chat function in the game, you and the people upvoting this behavior.

There's always been players that keep Bad mannering spamming well played and the like, so that's nothing surprising.

What is surprising is the amount of people that is doing it, in the last couple of weeks (i'm at rank 5 for reference), I think I've had 2 opponents not spam the "well played" emote dozens of times the moment they get their swing turns, (usually after playing a galakrond for example).

I'm already getting used to muting people at the start of a match because of this, but am I the only one experiencing this increase in BM opponents?

It doesn't matter if its bad agaisn't every other class in the game, I would like to know what deck is good agaisn't all the Priest archetypes of the game at the moment.

Priest players deserve no wins after ruining Hearthstone for so many years.

    Arena can be absolutely bullshit.

Faced a Warlock that had 4 Dark skies. How the fuck are you supposed to play around that? 3 mana to clear the board for no penalty is stupid.

posted a message on Why are hero cards allowed to be randomly generated after so many years in Arena?

They were removed from being drafted yet its perfectly fine if a Warlock gets a Uther Death knight from random generation.

They destroy any kind of balance that could be in any given match and I'm surprised Blizzard hasn't removed them from the random pool yet.

posted a message on Playing Paladin feels terrible right now.

You either play cancer decks like mech and Murloc or you play "fair" value decks that are incredibly slow and get outvalue by any other class, even Hunter.

This has been going on for a full year now, the Year of the Dragon was the worst year for Paladin yet, barely any change in how to play it. No real support to any different archetype that hasn't been there since boomsday.

Just awful. Hopefully the next expansion brings joy to the class again.

Pretty much what the title asks. I've been trying to climb the ladder for the last couple weeks. And whenever I think I have a grasp of what I will be facing, I change my class and deck to counter what I've been seeing non-stop.

For example, I see face hunter and dragon hunter non-stop at rank 6, 10 games I play, 8 out of the 10 are those two decks, so I switch to Mech Paladin since it has a favorable win rate.

Immediately after, all I face is paladins and priests for the next 10 games. No other classes. Its the same day too and It was around the same rank.

This isn't the only time I have noticed this but its the most recent. So it makes me wonder if there's a algorithm that favors certain classes agaisn't the class you are playing.

    No.

I believe rapidly changing "mini metagames" at specific ranks are pretty common, though. Choosing a deck which is a step ahead of your opponents is a skill in the game.  Many times I have banged my head against the wall at certain ranks with a deck only to fly through them when changing to something more appropriate for what I am facing.

In my case I am banging my head against the wall because I have changed my deck three times only to face completely different decks though. So how am I supposed to predict that? play 100 games and then change?

This has been a tinfoil hat theory since the game came out. Nobody ever stops to think that...hmm, if this is happening to me on the unfavorable end, wouldn't there be a an equal amount of people on the opposite side getting favorable matchups?

    I don't get it though.

What you are saying, is that the game DOES take into account your class/deck and you will get unfavorable matchups as much as you get favorable ones?

That's what I read your reply as.
