Well, that explains it. Since she had a higher MMR before the reset, she gets more points (similar to getting a higher star bonus in ranked if you're a legend player). It does seem somewhat counterintuitive, though.
Ok I see, I understand and I agree, even if to me the BG's MMR is way less clear/obvious than the Hearthstone one.

There is also the question which MMR is used, group leader's, highest, lowest, average?
The main and first post of this topic seems to underline what Wirer explained (in a much better way than I do) a few days ago and that apply also for standard, not only for arena.
Discovering cards can be an ok mechanic, but in some ways it's at the moment too strong because :
1-too much ways of doing it (mage, priest, rogue have way too many cards that discover something)
2-other class' possibilities of countering them are not strong enough (except for one or two matchups)
Don't get me wrong, I love this mechanic and I love priest and rogue so it's not a complain.
But it's sometimes hard to deal with a defeat against those decks because it's a random results oriented (eg. when where you play Souls or Libram, weapon rogue or druid quest it's not).
That said and like others mentioned : playing arena is discovering cards anyway even if the manner is different.
However, the dual class is not the norm and I personally love arena at the moment and I don't really know why people seem to not enjoy it as much as before (preferring BG?).
Yes, well as I said I understood when it happened but I was kind of mix in my feelings because you say "he didnt forget returning where he belonged to" but it's a copy coming from a deathrattle effect, like a new minion, so imo it's not obvious that he belongs to the opponent... at least it was not obvious right away.

That's true.

Well, she was way ahead of me (I'm mainly playing the card game and not BG and she's playing more BG than Hearthstone).
Before the reset she was around 6/7k and I was around 4/5K.
That's also why we were wondering, because as you said we know there is this invisible MMR.

Hi, my wife and I were a bit "shocked" by something that happened to us at the end of a BG game played together today.
We grouped up for a game (she was the one who invited me) and she was around 4k ratings and I was 2,5k.
She ended 3rd and received +127 points and two rounds later I finished 2nd and I received +69 points.
Is that normal ?
The only other difference we see is she has Perks and I don't.
Thanks

Hi there !
https://hsreplay.net/replay/sRsTUvzVAPbuSZxS4tqYEe#turn=20b
So, in this replay you can see at turn 21 I'm playing Shadow Madness to my opponent's Convincing Infiltrator.
Then I play Shadowy Figure to this Convincing Infiltrator that is now on my side and I hit the Primordial Explorer so his Convincing Infiltrator dies.
Then, end of the turn, why is my 2/2 Convincing Infiltrator created from Shadowy Figure goes to his side ?
I mean I think I understand that it has also "copied" the text from Shadow Madness, but is that normal ?
Thanks
