As I tested more and more C'thun D these past weeks I'm convinced that Harrison Jones wins me more games than any other card. The top tier decks (miracle rogue, N'zoth pally, shamans with their skill-hammer) and aggro/tempo warriors are all over ladder, Indiana is an all-star "Ancient of Lore" imo.
I believe that you have enough early game and you don't need both Living Roots but I could be wrong, that card is very hard to exclude in any druid deck.
It is easy to play around brawl, so games against control warrior tend to go to fatigue... You use Elise to turn those useless brawls/dead cards into big threats, a great card indeed.
For that amount of mana you can have a Ragnaros removing a minion the turn it comes (or just going face when our opponent is at full health and 4 targets in play...), Doomcaller is for grindy decks and this isn't one. I always found 2 Mire Keeper a little too much, and I never build a druid deck without Living Roots they are so good. Specially if you are using 2 Azure Drakes like myself, and they combine well with Disciple of C'Thun.
Yes exactly. If combo gets the ban hammer you can reconsider it having it (but if it gets just a slight nerf you should still run it). But you should make a list with the information you already have, and combo is still untouched and a must have.
MCT is a tech card when you see the meta is fast enough and you don't see yourself clearing their minions very efficiently (like combo, ramp druid does) but when you have a bunch of early minions you can trade into them and it is much harder to find a mct activation. Sylvanas in the other hand, is a "beater", an annoyance, sometimes a board clear or a good minion to play into a board with huge minions. At least, that is the theory, we will see if it is any good in the upcoming meta (or even if Druid is still viable in standar).
It is a shame that most druid cards are choose and not battlecry, Brann would be sweet with keeper of the grove, lores :/

There is one way to find out: play Yogg-Saron in every deck and see the results ... bwahahha

nerf !

It looks good on turn 1 or 2, decent vs control matchups and so incredibly horrible vs aggro/tempo decks.

I encountered a rogue running Harrison before and it surprised the shit out of me, and it was so damn effective. +1

Too many C'Thun buffers and not enough cycling; imo Nourish / Azure Drake > Ancient Harbinger. You don't need a 40/40 thun in order to win.
