Pssf, come on we all know the dream is innervate + innervate astral communion on turn 1 with a stacked deck.

posted a message on Have you randomly matched up with a pro player?

My friend was about to reach legend for the first time, only one game away. Unfortunately for him, he had to queue into Amaz. We weren't going to cheat, but I checked his stream to see if it was really him, he wasn't streaming either way, but I don't think anyone else with the name would have been at rank ~400 Legend.

It was control warrior vs control warrior. We made some great moves together, including a crucial cruel task master/BGH combo on a Loatheb. Though he still lost, it was rather amusing. He messaged me afterwards saying, "final boss Amaz too strong" lol. Fortunately, he made it to legend in his next 2 games.

posted a message on What I love about this weeks Tavern Brawl is...

This was my favorite Tavern Brawl. At first it was frustrating to play with random strangers. But after a few games, and playing with some friends, it wasn't as one-sided as I thought, and quite easy tbh. It must have taken a awhile to program it. Hopefully Blizzard will keep coming out with ones like this. REALLL good content! Its nice sharing a little camaraderie instead of BM.

posted a message on Anyone else annoyed by pro players on ladder who think your scum?

I got to agree with everyone else on the squelch. When I'm at rank 4-1, I squelch everyone. I want to hit legend and even a hello is a bit annoying (that's just me). If my opponent does an amazing move, I'll put out a well played. Other than that, its more fun focusing on the game, especially against good players. I'd rather not get salty over repeated "hellos" from a face hunter. Trust me, people don't squelch enough, you'll have better blood pressure not having to hear it.

I really liked the former tinkmaster too. The only problem was his  versatility as a neutral card. I agree on the 5 mana bit, not sure about 2/2, i think a 3/3 is okay.

Pick an unused card and say how you could improve it.

eg. Frostwolf Grunt - add one health

posted a message on Priest Cards: Blackrock Mountain

Awful is a stretch, yes, but with the standards of cards lately, its not worth running. Fine just doesn't cut it. The drawback of Zombie Chow makes up nicely simply because it synergies' with Auchenai Soulpriest. The comparison to Dragon Consort was because they were both class specific dragons. I love priest, yes, but if there was a competition between dragon decks, paladin would make a better one, in my opinion.

twilight Welp is currently awful. There simply aren't enough dragons... yet. It may work in the future, but I think it pales in comparison to Dragon Consort. Resurrect is great also, but it end, its more useful either in late game or right after a good 3 drop.

Yup lol, just pick your best cards. There's a ton that can be switched out. The only mandatory cards are board clear (eg. twisting nether and doomsayer +  bgh). I picked cards like void caller just because they're sticky. This isn't a joke deck, the matchup really is better with quality cards.

I apologize if it was misleading, as that was not my intent. I did not know about the Grim Patron deck, before making this one. Rest assured it was not copy and pasted. This is again, I have to reiterate, a test deck, so refinement is a given. Though I am flattered that you have at least tried it.

I am however retiring from updating this deck, as with some research, there are already too many people making better versions than I am.

My advice is to never consider any tech card a staple card. If Harrison isn't working for you, feel free to alternate it. However, adding late game like Ragnaros the Firelord may completely change the deck. You might just end up with control warrior.

Majordomo is a real low tier legendary to me. 8 hp is far too risky. Though if you can find a way to armor up, more power to you, but again that would be a control deck not a midrange/tempo.
