I think, this is the best priority list for the moment. Maybe something will change in the future, but so far, these three picks in this order seem best.
Zoo got some great tools: Darkshire Councilman and Forbidden Ritual are extremly powerful in Zoo. There is probably much more to improve here, but this is my first draft that worked quite well.
I would wait until the new expansion releases in about a month. There are a lot new cards comming and some old one are getting nerfed. Better to wait and see.
Since it's so completely unreasonable to implement standard before the release of the expansion, I think that alone all but confirms the so called "leak" to be, if not fake then at least, incorrect.
I know it's fake, but I kinda like the idea.
The game is most fun with new content when everyone tries to figure the new meta out. So with enough cards getting buffed/nerfed, it would make it that we'd have two of these periods instead of just one after the new expansion.
When I see someone complaining about how hard it is to beat every deck archetype that is popular in the meta, it leads me to a certain conclusion, and that conclusion has nothing to do with the interactivity of Hearthstone.
If past experience is something we can rely on, then any standard card that is getting a nerf will be dustable for it's full value. This means that you should be fairly safe with crafting any classic legendary you like.
In my experience, you are gonna end the game around turn 6, most of the times. So the emperor would be totally useless. You include 2 copies for more reliability in drawing him.

I'd go with some good old zoolock, works like any zoolock ever. Everyone without a lot of AoE gt's shit on :)

Could it be we missunderstood the cardtext from Klaxxi Amber-Weaver?
I and most of the others thought that the "gain +5 health" meant that it buffed the card to a 4/10 minion.
With the card text from Ancient Shieldbearer "gain 10 armor", could it be that Klaxxi also only gives 5 health?
I think it is a bit confusing.
PS: or the shieldbearer gets 10 armor? that would be cool. warrior can give armor to minions :D

I think 50 packs and 2400 dust for the most crucial legendary and epic pair will ensure a good base for a new expansion.
