I pulled a Zola the Gorgon and Ixlid, Fungal Lord from packs not too long ago, and got Twig of the World Tree as my free legendary weapon at the beginning of the expansion, but I never thought they would be useful in a deck without some Kun the Forgotten King, Jungle Giants, and Malygos otk shenanigans (all three of which I don't have and really don't want to craft right now). The stars lined up for me so that I have all the cards to play this deck without spending a single dust, and it's fun to boot! Thanks for the deck, it's a blast when it works!
Doomerang does not make Kingsbane lose its enchantments. The deathrattle only refers to shuffling the weapon back into the deck; keeping the enchantments is by default, it doesn't matter that the weapon wasn't destroyed.
Hemet, Jungle Hunter destroys cards that cost less than 3 or less, Spider Ambush! costs 4 mana (although it is cast for free upon drawing it) so it wouldn't be destroyed. Not to say that the Hemet combo would be viable.
I like to think that they put water in the background as a reference to the rumor that you could fish up Ashbringer/Corrupted Ashbringer in Vanilla WoW.
Yeaaah... No. Consecration deals 2 damage to ALL enemies, including the enemy hero, This card only deals 2 damage to all UNDAMAGED MINIONS. So it's very situational and it's hard to get much value out of it, but when you do... It just makes your day.

It's about time they patched the pirate...

I got bored of standard so I decided to try wild and tried this deck. Now I feel dirty. Turn two Knife Juggler into turn 3 Ship's Cannon and Southsea Deckhand, pulling out Patches the Pirate, for a total of 7/7 stats and 7 damage to face off Knife Juggler and Ship's Cannon should not be allowed. As if that wasn't enough for the poor C'Thun druid, I followed up on turn 4 with Call to Arms, which first pulled another Knife Juggler (first, no less), another Southsea Deckhand, and a Righteous Protector as a taunt for good measure, adding another 4 pings off Knife Juggler and another 2 damage off Ship's Cannon.
I friended my opponent to apologize. He didn't accept my friend request.
