Zilliax should be your first craft. It is in almost every deck and is the safest dust you'll ever spend.

Silence Priest is a popular budget deck, but it's not super strong.

You might aim for Mech Paladin. It only has three legendaries besides Tirion Fordring (which I assume you already have), and it always beats Token Druid, one of the most popular decks right now.

Normal advice is to never craft legendaries until you are confident they are going into multiple decks (like a neutral one) or you really like Priest as a class and know that legendary will go into every Priest deck you build.

Also, get all the free packs you can, through adventures and free content.  Disenchant cards from older sets that are in Wild if you don't plan on playing Wild and only Standard.

You may want to buy a few packs, but try to do it with gold first.  Money might be needed if you want to be 'competitive'.

Aggro decks tend to be very cheap on the dust count and many of them use the same cards as each other meaning you can make lots of aggro decks in different classes.

And unless you want Meme decks, dont craft any legendary cards that some of the streamers use.  They can waste their dust and spends hundreds of dollars to get all of the cards.

With the Arthas-expansion you mean Knights of the Frozen Throne, right? That set and The other sets before it rotated out just over a week ago.

Token druid, Tempo rogue and warrior overall looks like is going to be strong in the coming months.

Rise of Shadows released April 9. so the meta hasn't really settled yet. Mage has a deck involving the new card Khadgar that seems strong, (if you wanted a mage deck) and i think it uses some classic cards so you dont have to craft too much. The deck is midrange/control, but i havent played it yet.

I believe that the legendaries that has come out in the last expansions is not that strong that they need to be crafted, but you can take a look at Hearthpwns own Legendary Crafting guide: www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/card-discussion/205920-legendary-tier-list-crafting-guide

Thanks guys! Very solid and thought advice.

I'd probably wait to spend my dust until the meta settles a bit more although Zilliax and some epic cards seem to be a safe craft.

For the moment I'm playing the steal rogue deck and a midrange hunter deck that are more on the budget side.

posted a message on Advice - Returning to Hearthstone

    Hi guys,

I've just returned to Hearthstone after a long break. I think I stopped playing by the time Arthas came out and I'd like some help catching up.

What's meta right now? What classes are strong? What legendaries do you recommend me to craft from the new or the latest expansions?

My favorites classes are Mage, Paladin and then Priest / Hunter / Warrior oriented to midrange - control. I don't like playing aggro decks.

    I have 9500 dust left.

    Thanks in advance!

I think that when Toki rotates to wild she is going to add a legendary from Standard (from her past) so she is always going to be up to date. Toki from the past and Toki from the future as in the Monster Hunt.

As a DS fan, I love the design of the cards. Good job man! Hopefully, we'll see Havel, Silver Knights, Nameless King for naming a few in your next custom cards.

It's the first time I post here but seriously fuck Jaina and his elementals. What a broken card. No way to win a control matchup even playing around it.

Just get the best spells from the spellstones so you can ping my minions and create more fuckers. Like I have a 3 health minion on an empty board and arcane missiles me for exactly two points into my minion so he can ping it. Gets Meteor so he can easily clear my Ysera, etc. The fucker got the DK, two dolls, two polys in the first 15 cards. Ah! Forgot to mention the coin Arugal into Book of specters intro.

Also, fuck the Hunter who got the DK on curve and his 16/16 King Krush.

posted a message on The Nerf that Spiteful Summoner actually needed.

I think consuming the spell was a good option. Can see summoning a minion with the attack and health of the spell cost becoming a problem (summoning  10 10 instead of 8 8) but ey, at least you can target them.

posted a message on Should I dust these legendaries?

    Quote from GGramdalf420 >>

If you need dust desperately u should, but since there is the thing, that u cant open owned legendaries, i would be  aware of Blizz..Cause my friend opened and dischant 2 Millhouse Manastorm in one month.

When I first started HS, one of the legendaries I opened was Millhouse Manastorm. I disenchanted him cause he's garbage and opened him again two months after that. Disenchanted him again hoping to never see his white beard in a pack. Blizzard comes in and adds the "don't open the same legendary twice" rule. Guess what I opened in the classic pack of this week's Brawl. You guessed right, Millhouse Manastorm. Not going to dust him ever again so someday I can open Lord Jaraxxus, Cenarius and other great Classic Legendaries I'm missing.

I can follow you with The Darkness since I just never see it in play except when people make these trash meme decks. I don't play Wild, like at all, so I don't think I will ever use Thrall, Deathseer but yeah maybe Blizzard makes some magic moves.

What legendaries would you craft with your dust? Like what legendaries do you think is key to have atm? My collection isn't that big, so I want to get the most out of the cards, and not just craft a legendary that sees play in one deck?

You should post here Legendary Tier List & Crafting Guide and read the Guide so you can get a bigger picture.
I'd craft Genn (1º) and Baku (2º) since they are the most used legendaries.

posted a message on Dear Plebs! Have you crafted anything from witchwood yet?

    Quote from Zoroark >>

I want to craft a legendary from witchwood but don't know which is worth it.I am between Shudderwock for a battlecry shaman deck(don't have Grumble or Kalimos),Tess Greymane for a fun deck(don't have Spectral Cutllass though),Glass Knight for Even paladin and Godfrey for control warlock(after nerfs i'm not so sure about him)..Also i miss Alexastrazsa from Classic set..Any suggestions guys?????

You should check this link Legendary Tier List & Crafting Guide
Wait a few more days till the meta settles after the nerfs.
I'd craft Alexstraza first since it's from the Classic set and it's quite useful. My second choice would be Godfrey since he's a great card and Control Warlock is still good. I wouldn't craft Shudderwock since you lack other important legendaries and the deck itself doesn't have much winrate. You can play Even Pally without Glass Knight with success too.

posted a message on Should I dust these legendaries?

You never know if someday these ones would see play. Also, if your collection is not big enough and you buy more packs you are guaranteed to not open them again and open another (good) legendary.

    With that said:

I'd dust The Darkness and Ixlid, Fungal Lord

Thrall, Deathseer is not bad in Wild or so I heard. Besides, Blizzard may give the archetype love in expansions to come.

I've seen Archmage Arugal being played in some Mage decklists generating some value with Book of Specters
