I'm usually the one doing the BM's when playing hearthstone, so I can't talk much :P

I think people who take BMing too seriously are really sad. At the end of the day it's only a game, so why not just try to have some fun with it?

Since your behavior actively ruins the fun for many people, your comment doesn't really compute. At all.

Luckily we have squelch, unfortunately that also means squelching all the polite people. I like how you switched that around to be the other person's fault.

I'm sorry, but if you get offended by people saying "well played" or "i'm sorry" or just play out a few cards before killing you or that is enough to "ruin your fun", then you are the one who has issues(or maybe you should be playing a different game?).
When people do it to me I usually just suck it up and move on to the next game. You know, because as a grown-up I have way more important things to be worried about than a random stranger having some fun at my expense over the internet.
Yeah, that's some nice logic there tex. The next time you can't sleep because of the neighbors' loud music, remember that the problem is that you aren't deaf.

Some epic logic there. You mind if i sig that comment?
You know, don't want to hurt your feelings or something.
I don't think you understand what he is saying... his logic is spot on.

Card is a dead card, everyone just removes instantly.

I know, I know. But people say that Astral Intervention is a dead card. I still play it for shits and giggles. I want to play it BECAUSE its a dead card.
You "play" it, yet you don't even know the name of the card...

Guys, lots of you wrote that you were surprised by announcement of new expansion. You really wasnt expecting that Blizzcon is coming and something about HS will be probably announced, c´mooooon ? ;)

I think that most guys were expecting the announcement of the adventure. But nobody expected it to come so soon after the announcement and that is the actual problem. Before Naxx and BRM there was enough time after the announcement to safe gold for it. I think most people were simple thinking that it would be the same and that it wouldn't be necessary to save gold before the announcement.
I did. I have been accumulating gold for 2 months. I have got gold for every wing. I somehow had a feeling about this. If you watch the interviews with the staff there were some hints.
did you even read his post? everyone knew that an adventure was coming out, but people thought it would be released at roughly the same time after it was announced like the other expansions. the only way you "knew" that it would be released earlier than usual is if you can see into the future...

when I did it, I lost 4 times with Nefarian until I got Ragnaros and immediately won. this game is so much about luck...

If you lose 4 times as Nef it's because you suck.

The general plan is easy: Mulligan for 7/7s. Play only 7/7s at first.
Rag can do nothing about 7/7s except hero power and hit which makes him take 14 damage.
Then you just continue to rush him with big minions and slow down a little in the mid game by using the hero power. Most spells are shit but usually you can manage to assemble a little bit more burst with that and just finish rag off.
yeah, you suck if you can't draw certain cards that you're unlikely to draw in the first place! why you so bad at getting good draws?

Basically, Paladin's 4-slot is already overfull, maybe tone down some effects and put them into the 2 or 3 slot.

Or just up the cost to 5, some of these cards are really too strong for 4 mana.

Thanks again for your reply! Maybe Sacred Shield to 5 mana and Avenger's Shield to 3 and instead of 3 damage, 2 only? Also, i was thinking about my next idea, can you tell me what you think about that?
5 Mana cost, 2/5 taunt, divine shield. Inspire: Gain Divine Shield.
I was reading that 5 mana cost = 11 stat point, and taunt and divine shield should be -1 and -2. So -7 and -3= 10. Don't know how much value costs an inspire effect, do you think that is over the top to be a class card?
Compare with Sunwalker, a 6 mana 4/5 taunt divine shield. So a 5 mana taunt divine shield would 4/4 ish. But you also have to think about the card in abstract terms like "Will this minion being sticky make it more powerful?" and the answer is definitely yes. It always takes at least 2 minions attacks to kill it and it has Taunt. Plus, if it lives (which is likely) it can just regain its divine shield by a simple inspire.

Actually you have 25% chances to get Astral Communion+Innervate or Coin or Wild Growth.

Even if you get 10 mana in round 3 you still are in advantage.

But again this is just a test, if you like give it a try and let me know how it works.

At least it's not another boring Secret Pally deck :-)

25% chance? if going first, you have a 4/30 chance of getting astral communions+innevervate and then you have a 4/26 chance of getting it. So 4/30 + 4/26 is definitely not equal to 25%...

posted a message on So Secret Paladin is an "Auto-concede" then?
    Quote from KyroneFX >>

I'd say the deck is currently the best deck out there.

If they draw on curve, they basically win against most decks, since they have such an insane pool of high-value minions to draw from.

Turn 1: Secretkeeper or Zombie Chow

Turn 2: Shielded minibot (best 2 drop in the game) or Knife Juggler (one of the best 2 drops as well)

Turn 3: Muster for battle (best 3 drop)

Turn 4: Shredder (best 4 drop) OR create a 5/5 with blessing of kings on your muster dudes OR use Truesilver Champion - This turn is simply insane.

Turn 5: by now the board is secured most of the times, throw in a Loatheb or Belcher, Blessing/Shredder are still fine, or you abuse divine favor, easy life

Turn 6: Dr. 6 - best 6 drop in the game

Turn 7: Dr. 7 - best 7 drop in the game, best legendary

Turn 8: Tirion - best 8 drop in the game, best class legendary

So yeah, basically the deck just has way too many overpowered minions, it's pretty disgusting. Shielded minibot should technically be a 2/1, Shredder should maybe be a 4/2 that spawns either a fixed 2/1 minion or a random minion that costs 2 or less. Muster for battle is fine I think, divine favor needs to cost 5 mana. Mysterious Challenger should have been a legendary, now they should change him to be a 7 mana 7/5 to compete with Dr. Boom.

combo priest is so fucking op
    turn 1: pass
    turn 2: coin flying machine
    turn 3: deathlord
    turn 4: double divine spirit
    turn 5: confuse/inner fire/crazed alchemist
