Does anyone here feel the new common shaman kobold is horribly underrated. Being able to get a sudden taunt or guaranteed spell damage makes it an auto-include in control shaman imo. I'd run it over thalnos just for the choice, but it also won't dilute my Nzoth pool.
what do you think about Moorabi? I don't own it but I never seen in a decent deck
I do! He's bad. Don't craft him.
edit: I should probably elaborate. He's really slow, and the freeze shaman deck is always behind. There's the glaring card draw issue, and freeze cards take up spots that would be better if they were heals or board clears. There's not enough support for the deck, though I'm not sure what support would make it worth playing. I honestly hope they don't print any more freeze cards for shaman and let the archetype die.
When Hydra deals damage, it loses stealth. My guess is that when hydra took damage from the aoe, it dealt damage to your face because of its effect and lost stealth. Cool interaction.
E I G H T f*cking mana. Unless Shaman doesn't get completely broken spells saying "Discard your opponents hand" or "Destroy your opponents board" which require this weapon to be played, it will be just the equivalent of 400 dust.
I dunno, it only has to be as good as ultimate infestation. And yeah, that's a high bar, but still within the realm of possibility given that Blizzard, y'know, printed it.
This + master of disguise means a constant engine of cards that can't be targeted right? Since you can keep getting more Masters of disguise to reapply the stealth? Does that sound worth it? It seems worth it to me.
I know that this looks really bad right now, and if this is all there is to the card then I'm definitely not crafting it, but I'm a little surprised that not a lot of people are considering the possibility that this could be good after all the cards are revealed. It's very possible that shaman could get an ultimate infestation tier, high cost spell this expansion and best case scenario it has no targets. Hell, I can't imagine any other reason why Team 5 would make this 8 mana. And alongside that, it's possible we get more untargeted shaman spells this expansion to make up for all the other randomly targeted options. We have some evidence of that with the new spellstone that only targrets friendly minions.
The strength of this card is completely reliant on what we get this expansion, so I'm gonna hold off judgement until all the shaman cards are released.

What happens if you play two of these in succession?
Seems really good. I think it automatically slots into elemental shaman. Will it make it good though? Possibly?

One of the paladin rares has to be a common right? Right now I see 4 paladin rares.
edit: It's probably unidentified maul. All the other unidentified cards are common.

Now I see where rogue weapon design space has been going.

I mean... I guess I like the card but it seems a bit underwhelming given all the fanfare. They seriously overhyped this card.

Druid's legendary maybe? It's on the reveal schedule. It's not a shaman card right, I think this is more like a treant then an elemental.

There are 2 windshears on the board though, one for each alakir.

To be fair that one good dragon is enough to carry dragon priest for at least another rotation.

Devs said no new nerfs this expansion, and we'll see new meta decks around December 7th when the expansion hits. Maybe like a week after actually.
