    Sup mates! Im a wild player and im looking for both super fun and a bit competetive deck. After some research I found Toast's Reno Shudderwock deck. I currently lack Shudderwock, Zola, Grumble and Loatheb. I know that Zola and Loatheb can be replaced so im not going to ask about them. But the problem is Shudderwock and Grumble. I want to craft them both, for both standard and wild.

    So my question is (I have 1.6k dust) should I dust my Golden Face Collector for this deck? Thanks!

    Same, it looks like nobody wants to hear how useful these nerfs will be.  Especially Giggling.

    This nerf was CLEARLY needed for both wild and standard. Giggling Inventor caused more trouble than they have thought, becoming one of the most broken cards and used cards in both modes. This card also resurrected Quest Rogue (which is a f.kng nightmare that never ends) and stopped the roads of those who were new and F2P. Because budget decks struggled a lot with turn 5 Giggling Inventor. In wild also, its almost used in every control / combo deck. Which is problematic as they said.

    Mana Wyrm however did not need a nerf at a time like this. Of course, the card was pretty OP like you could bring Mana Wyrm t1, Sorcerer's Apprentice t2 and then spam Mirror Image, Arcane Missiles etc. and you would have a massive board. This also goes for wild too (although Aggro mage is not that much in wild). I, myself got the last 100 ranked wins for my golden Jaina with it. In conclusion, this nerf was also needed but there are much more OP cards.

    Aviana, one of the best cards in the wild that gave you the most opportunity to make any combo you like alongside with king, Kun, the Forgotten King. At first Aviana was considered average / thrash because Kun was not released when Aviana came out. BUT when gadgetzan hit the meta, everything changed. Everyone made some weird, unique and creative combos with them. It was fun and balanced because druid did not have these OP cards like tons of card draw, bullshit DK or abnormal armor size and ehem *Juicy Psychmelon*. It required a great control over the board and the game to end the game with this combo. And just when these OP Druid cards hit the meta, Aviana went to wild. She was playable in wild but not op at that time. And then Bliz hit us with this god-damn idiotic card called Juicy Psychmelon. Card saw 0 play, yes 0 in standard. If its not for standard then what is it fo-... WHAT THE HECK. THIS CARD DRAWS THE WHOLE COMBO FOR AVIANA - KUN - TOGWAGGLE - AZALINA. Like other Druid [broken] cards werent enough, they went and made wild more broken than standard with this. With only 1 card, they could draw the whole combo and end the game when you are just in 5 mana. This god-damn melon is the reason to nerf the Aviana. Literally, dumbest printed card for the most OP class. What are you even drinking blizzard? AND if you can not fix your new problem why use Aviana?

    BTW. Im NOT a druid player. I just like OTK decks (fun ones, not you Shudderwock) and combo decks. I think these are the clearly best and most entertaining decks to play.

    Giggling Inventor -> 3 Mana - Battlecry: Summon a 1/2 mech with Taunt and Divine Shield.

    Aviana -> 10 Mana

    Juicy Psychmelon -> 5 Mana -> Draw 4 minions.

    The Caverns Below -> [Crystal Core] -> Minions in your deck are 4/4.

    Steal is like Death Grip . It removes the card from your opponents deck.

    Edit: Corrected the Legendary keyword.

    Well, I heard that Ben Brode quit because his team would not listen him. I also heard that he did not want to print Shudderwock, but his team wanted but i don't know if these are true or not.

    Same here mate. I started when Old Gods hit the patch and it was a wonderful experience for me. I did not think about meta decks or anything. ı just played my mage deck which had a lot of weird cards. Ima f2p an now I have more than 8 meta decks (not including aggro ones) and game feels boring. I wish I had the same experience and fun like 2 years ago. As they said, money does not bring happiness.

    Other than this I have 2 reasons why the game feels less fun. 1st for me is the Ben Brode's resignation. I loved and admired that dude a lot back in the day. His laugh, personality, the way he announced news etc. was WONDERFUL! Im not a twitch guy, I rarely watch streams. But I tried watching card reveal in KoFT expansion. Oh boy, watching only for a min filled me with joy. Till that day I watched card reveals. Until this one, where they replaced Ben Brode with a different person that had no smile, talk etc. Its feels full and boring. Im not saying "WHERE IS BEN BRODE DISLIKE11'!!" if that person could introduce the expansion better and more cheerful, I would gladly watch it. But somehow it did seem dull as I said. Thats my first reason, Ben Brode.

    Second is pretty simple. The meta for 2 expansions and the meta decks. So shortly, meta is all aggro right now. We have odd paladin / rogue, zoolock at tier1. And this has been going like this for a while (2 expansions). Witchwood was dull for the players and the meta. It did not bring aything. Boomsday lack the same problem but its a little better. Frozen Throne however brought the BEST meta in the HS. The addition of Lich King and the Deathknights brought a freshness to the game (not including Druid >:(). Game offered a second chance to all classes. You could play anything you want, evolve shaman, elemental mage, demonlock etc. And then booom. Kobols hitted like it was a meteor. Game suddenly changed to only Druid, paladin and Warlock only decks. Kobolds brought us the most power creeped cards in the history of hs. Cubelock, Dude / Aggro Paladin etc. It was such a bad meta where other classes were thrash. In conclusion, I believe this all happened after the bad expansion releases. An expansion should bring freshness to the meta, like Ungoro and Frozen Throne. It should introduce new ways to have fun and play. And every class should make you feel entertained.

    Its sad to see HS like this tho. Me and my friends were playing this non-stop back then. Now the game feels dull and the same for months.
