By the way, I think that the whole Mana Restoration thing isn't really a Rogue theme, its more of a druid theme, to be more in line with the Rogue theme, you could simply make it "The next card you play costs (5) less." Or "Add 5 Coins to your hand." Again, I'm just spitballing here.
I think if we compare Chained Mana Wraith to Kun, The Forgotten King, we see that Kun is clearly better. Is Kun itself balanced? Probably not, but I still think that this card needs a bit of a buff.
Also, I love Dr. Gloom(despite it's OP-ness), but I would just recommend that you change the wording in the Hero Power to "Give Rotten Applebaums +2/+2." for the sake of Clarification.
Weasel Tunneller means that there will forever be 1 health minions to hero power, and because of that, it will be a dead card in the opponent's hand when they decide not to play it. Since so many decks are combo driven, losing a hand slot is dangerous.
It's too overstatted. This is good to know, because I honestly didn't know how many stats would be too much for this card. The inspiration came from the card Dark Conviction, because this card would be like a minion that had been targeted by it.
This card has synergy with Silence cards like Silence, recruit cards like Guild Recruiter, Resurrection cards like Ancestral Spirit. I originally thought of a Shaman deck that used Earth Shock and other stuff.
I'm gonna add a poll about how much stats it should have.
This type of card has me thinking a lot. Turn Flexibility is a powerful thing. I mean, think about these cards:
You can give a lot of consistency to your early game with a wide variety of cards like this. Is that too good? You could even play later game cards like a Pit Fighter that adds a Boulderfist Ogre to your hand. Why does that feel so much stronger than FIre Fly? It probably isn't.

Yeah, it ignores abilities like that. Immune to Volcano.

Simple, potentially really strong, yet easily countered.
EDIT: Survives Volcanoes.

Just wanted to point that out.

So, maybe it's a decent fit?

With this, everything is fixed.

I don't think they should be silenced, not because of balance, but because it's more interesting that way.
