Whatever you're playing against on ladder will be different from what I'm seeing. My Big Priests have disappeared again but now I'm almost exclusively facing Highlander Warlocks. The only way you lose against that deck is by letting them heal off of their taunts. So I've continued to play the Shieldbreakers.
There's nothing stopping you from taking out the Shieldbreakers for Shiver Their Timbers!. This deck used to play them but they didn't come up enough.
Providing an update to this comment as it is no longer entirely correct.
In the new meta Shiver Their Timbers! has fallen off as well and Southsea Captain is now the best 28th & 29th card simply because it is another pirate and the best 3 mana pirate by a long shot.
You've already linked my deck but it has now been updated to the most recent meta to reflect this change as well.
It does but I've found Dead Man's Hand to be a terribly slow card that can cost you games because you drew it instead of removal. This deck would probably be -1 Dyn-o-matic, -1 Bladestorm for +1 Dead Man's Hand, and +1 Kargath Bladefist which I feel would hurt the deck more than anything to maybe win the occasional matchup against super greedy decks. But those decks should already be getting stomped out of ranked play by Odd Demon Hunter.
Ignoring your tech choices, what is your opinion of running Lowly Squire over Blazing Battlemage? Lowly Squire should (aside from some fringe situations) always be at least a 2/2 with the potential to spiral if it goes unanswered.
Shuffling in one Bomb on turn 5 doesn't do anything until you've played your other Bomb cards and you've got decent chances to have drawn one of your combos by turn 8. Making Seaforium Bomber only useful for dropping Blastmaster Boom on curve as a second copy of Dr. Boom. (Which isn't a great play.)
Nexus-Champion Saraad is a more impactful card to play on 5 mana, even just to bait out removal, and a better card to play later in the game.
What weapons are you currently scared of in wild? The only thing I can think of is Spectral Cutlass against which you just play to outvalue and kill them once their hand is empty.
I'd also take out Seaforium Bomber before taking out Dr. Boom. They both deal 5 damage (on average) and Dr. Boom is a much bigger threat. The only reason Seaforium Bomber is currently included is to be one extra Bomb to start shuffling earlier. (You're out of doubling mechanics with just the two Clockwork Goblins so any additional Bomb generators add only 5 damage each.)
Odd Warrior hasn't really changed since Rise of Shadows released. Odd Warrior is fairly limited on control tools so lists consist of around 20 core cards and 10 tech choices. With people either trying to outvalue their opponents or disrupt their opponents combo. I wouldn't copy those lists verbatim, but they show a lot of good tech choices an Odd Warrior list could make.
What this list does is keep all the core control cards and fill the rest with a small Bomb Warrior package. The reason you'd use this over a "vanilla" Odd Warrior list is so you have a win condition against any opposing deck while also disrupting the opponents ability to draw into their combo pieces.
I've tried this and found Barista Lynchen to be too slow. It's unlikely you'll be able to copy more than one Bomb generator which makes her not impactful enough for her cost. Besides, if your opponent is able to outlive all the Bombs you're already throwing at them you don't need more Bombs. You need to win on the board and deal damage that way.

I've finally updated this deck to the most recent meta and this now also plays Leeroy Jenkins.
Edit: Mr. Smite has replaced Leeroy Jenkins in the latest update to the deck.

This is a good update.
The usefulness of Glacial Shard has fallen off since I originally posted the deck. Leeroy Jenkins is definitely the best card to replace it with.
The other thing I've looked at is replacing one or both copies of Shiver Their Timbers! with any combination of Ship's Cannons or Southsea Captains but Shiver Their Timbers! has been too nuts every time is has come up.

This is a good update to the deck. Thank you for sharing.

Followup: I've decided to go through with taking out Seaforium Bomber for Nexus-Champion Saraad.

In any case, you don't want to fatigue before your opponent has drawn their bombs so I'd use a Gluttonous Ooze instead of Harrison Jones. You have Omega Assembly, Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, and Stonehill Defender to keep your hand filled.
I'd also take out Seaforium Bomber before taking out Dr. Boom. They both deal 5 damage (on average) and Dr. Boom is a much bigger threat. The only reason Seaforium Bomber is currently included is to be one extra Bomb to start shuffling earlier. I'm currently thinking of taking out Seaforium Bomber for Nexus-Champion Saraad but I need to test just how helpful that one extra Bomb is before doing so.

I'd suggest running Zola the Gorgon instead of the second copy of Seaforium Bomber to have access to one more Bomb generator overall.

We're already playing both. They're great for swinging the board and the Boom Bots provide some helpful Mech synergy.

Brann Bronzebeard + Augmented Elekk + 2x Clockwork Goblin would be 8 Bombs instead of the current 6.
