I think we can all agree that "The Boomsday Project" was a pretty weak expansion compared to the ones before it, do you think it will be the same with "Rastakhan's Rumble" or will it be a "strong" expansion?

So what Class should I use? I read rogue and paladin, but since paladin kinda got nerfed after the patch (in arena) I might go with rogue,
And I've heard people saying to use a application that helps you build arena decks, but I don't know which one to download..

Can Barnes be replaced or is he essential? and if so with which card can he be replaced with?

It probably isn't a bad replacement, but it's not going to be quite the same.  With Babbling Book you get the spell and, good or bad, you know what the spell is going to be for the rest of the game.  Shifting Scroll requires you to be more flexible, but if you can wait it out for a great option then it is potentially better.  However, one thing to keep in mind is that Shifting Scroll is like Shifter Zerus in that it's essentially a useless topdeck (it doesn't become a random spell until the turn after you draw it).

But then would you be able to play without babbling? or any suggestions on what card to replace babbling with?

So as almost every quest mage deck has Babbling Book, I was wondering would Shifting Scroll be a good replacement? since I can't obtain Babbling book..

The Exodia Mage is really good, I am not sure if this is the list that sees play if tempo Mage, but I believe tempo Mage will see play as well. Exodia Is just freeze Mage, and freeze Mage has often been played with other Mage decks in the meta, tempo will deal better with face decks while Exodia will deal better with midrange and control. If you have aluneth or want to make it anyway, I suggest you use it in this deck, because draw is key to a Mage tempo deck, as Mage does not have great sustain with tempo.

Well I have most of the cards for the Freeze mage deck, (got archmage antonidas (being a legendary) and waygate in packs, and quite a few of the other cards too) but the one I'm missing is "babbling book", now I've been planning to maybe switch babbling book for Shifting Scroll since I don't know what else could really replace babbling book.

Tempo Mage, my question would be is this deck better than the "exodia" mage deck?

Here you go. Just craft Raza the Chained and make something like this. Replace any of the cards you don't have with random cheap cards you've got from the classic and basic set and you're good to go. Note that if you're replacing Circle of Healing you'll want to replace Auchenai Soulpriest as well, and vice versa, as well as if you're replacing Pint-Size Potion you'll want to replace Shadow Word: Horror as well, and vice versa, as these are combo parts which you don't want to run alone. I've tried to make it as budget friendly as possible, while still being as good as possible with only rares and commons excluding the two legendaries from which you already own one. You can also look up the actual good lists wherever you want but they'll be too expensive for you at the moment.

Alright, will have a look onto it, and as I asked before is malfurion the pestilent a keep or discard?

Well I also just got malfurion the pestilent is he a keep or discard ? (And I'm actually new, which is why I'm asking due to the way the meta work is so different from other games, like cards getting out rotated and stuff, you need to be up to date with the game to know these stuff which a new player that has been playing the game for 4 days won't really know unless he/she does an extensive research.)

It is one of the strongest card of the game. So keep it and craft raza. Raza the Chained. With a deck with this 2 cards you can built a deck full of garbage and be competitive.

Alright, I'll have a look into it and hopefully manage to craft raza, because I don't know what to disenchant yet, I might just look up for the Anduin/Raza combo deck and disenchant everything that there's no need in that deck, but then again I don't know if that's a good idea..

I'm a new player, and I've just gotten shadowreaper anduin (the legend card), so my question is should I disenchant it, or should I build a deck around it? Is he meta or not?

I've also realized that many people are saying that you should dust cards that are out of meta, but as a new player how can someone know which cards are out of meta and should be dusted? Or as a new player you simply don't?

You can also grab the 3 free packs from Samsung  , and optionally a couple more for playing on different devices.

As a new player, probably the best option for now is a cheap midrande/aggro hunter, you can easily get to some rank 10 with it.

You can see some sample list here - http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/969434-f2p-hunter-deck-rank-5-to-legend-eu , replace Kindly Grandmother with any cheap beast (even Timber Wolf will do), ignore Deathstalker Rexxar if you don't have it; you can put say Cobalt Scalebane in its place.

Quests like "play X cards of type Y" are doable in casual with little to no cards at all.

As for buying only classic packs, it depends on the deck you want to build - sometimes its better just to craft a couple cards needed instead of playing the pack roulette. You'll get a classic pack every tavern brawl anyway and sometimes some extra ones from watch&learn quest.

Will do as soon as I get a chance, and thanks to everyone for their suggestions/advice!
