I'm still waiting (and have been ever since it last played) for the Grand Summoner Competition, best TB there ever was (loved it so much that I got 45 wins)
I'm intrigued by your choice of Floop as he's only for Druid. Bloodreaver doesn't do AOE and in many cases isn't lethal if the opponent has Lightbomb, Shadowreaper Anduin, Devolve, Hagatha's Scheme, and so on. Kazakus is also a contender, but you can't get the optimal combination a lot of the time. Reno only does healing. Note I said all in one. While Zephrys only does one of the things, he can do them all (edit: having played him aggressively now he doesn't do healing).
I'd rank him slightly above Kazakus if only because he can resolve a board state much more feasibly than Kazakus.
Name for me 5 cards that can do AOE, lethal, healing, or board defense all in one. I can think of Shudderwock which I'd include in the Top 5 strongest cards, which note is not better. I'm talking pure potential value here. I'm also thinking of Yogg-Saron, Hope's End but that's very unpredictable.
Even the Scheme is technically less potent if the opponent's board has a bunch of deathrattles (I'm thinking Soul of the Forest-type situations) that summon more minions -- Earthquake, for those kinds of situations, is a must in every Shaman deck with several AOE in my opinion. Only Plague of Death, Psychic Scream, etc. are more effective.
I'm speaking having played Wild since Grand Tournament and being a fervent Highlander. Given practically any board state barring the incredibly insane, Zephrys has the potential to resolve it in your favor. Sure, he has his falls. He's imperfect. But he's reliable like no other card.
As a Priest player since Grand Tournament I freakin' adore this lil' mummy. I've fulfilled Awaken the Makers on Turn 5 with her, bless her aging soul. Combo with Witch's Cauldron for a nice Shaman brew to back your otherwise ostensibly weak early game. Don't worry, you'll have the board. This granny stays alive. Play Vivid Nightmare on her Reborn state, or Faceless Manipulator, or Spirit of the Dead (with Dead Ringer) to shuffle her over and over again. Imagine summoning several of these mummies with Zerek's Cloning Gallery. Her biggest weakness is being summoned by N'Zoth, the Corruptor because while AOE won't clear your board, she's not a Taunt.
Put two of these Tortollans with a Baleful Banker or two, 2 Puzzle Boxes, 2 Deck of Wonders, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End... The dream is only just beginning

Imagine all the possible ways in which you can exploit this extra-powerful buff. Faceless Manipulator. Windfury. N'Zoth, the Corruptor. Carnivorous Cube. Insane.

Ah, thanks for the clarification.

Recast this with Shudderwock which also recasts Hagatha the Witch. Instant summon a 12/12 in addition to whatever else you recast.

Try putting both this and Hakkar, the Soulflayer in the same deck, featuring Shadow Essence, Eternal Servitude, etc.

Having loads of fun, I guess.

If they are killed by the first wave, yes. It's basically 2 AOE spells on top of each other.

Without a doubt this Elemental has entered the Top 5 Strongest Cards in the entire game, for all time.
