"Here have some giants. Don't want them? Too bad!"
Aria became a summoner at a young age, and trained until she was able to summon powerful monstrosities into the world. Unfortunately, (or fortunately) she can only summon them for her opponent.
After viewing many new cards being revealed for The Grand Tournament expansion, I have seen a recurring theme of cards having the potential to be good, but wouldn't be played in the current constructed ladder because of how fastand aggressivethe meta game is. Similar to how the whole dragon theme of Blackrock Mountain never saw much play in competitive decks besides Malygos Warlock, the whole Inspire theme of TGT might never even work because it requires a slower game where players aren't being killed by the likes of SMOrc Hunter and SMOrc Paladin before turn 6 or 7 comes around. My card concept is a neutral legendary 4 mana 3/6 dragon with the text of "Inspire: Restore 2 Health to all characters.
The immediate similarity that comes to mind is Darkscale Healer which has the same amount of stats (Chillwind Yeti and Water Elemental both have very solid stats for 4 mana), however the problem is that the difference between a 4 mana card and a 5 mana card is immense, so it is not worth paying 1 extra mana for the heal that Darkscale Healer provides. Brightwing is one less mana and as a result heals all characters, not just friendly ones, which makes her appeal directly to slow and/or control decks that do not mind healing their enemy at all. Brightwing also has the Inspire trigger for her affect, meaning you can use it multiple times during a game as long as she is alive (She has a high probability of staying on the board multiple turns with 6 health, a self heal, and the fact that in matchups against face decks where she shines, the opponent will probably still go face anyway by turn 4). Her heal to all characters triggers whenever you use your hero power, so if for some reason you don't want to heal your enemies you can avoid using it, or simply trade your minions in to kill your opponent's, then use your hero power so only you benefit from the heal. You can keep your face healthy while also gaining board control.
I'm sure every rush deck player reading this will be thinking "SMOrc Brightwing too OP, need nerf SMOrc", but there are other OP legendaries in the game that have not gotten nerfed (We see you, Dr. Boom) so Brightwing would not be a problem, especially since she has a purpose to slow down the meta game. There are clear counters to Brightwing such as silence, Hex, Polymorph, Hunter's Mark, Shadow Word: Pain, Fireball, and if you have three damage on the board you can use Quick Shot / Frostbolt / Wrath / Darkbomb / Fiery War Axe on Brightwing, kill her, and still have a 2 drop to play for tempo. If Brightwing is still truly OP, then I guess she could be nerfed to a 3/5 instead of a 3/6, but I think she is fine.
In conclusion, a card like Brightwing would be a great addition to the game in order to slow down the meta game, give Inspire cards some love, add another good dragon to the set, and overall make the game more fun. I do not work as a card creator or tester for Blizzard, but I hope they add something like this to Hearthstone.

Brightwing's synergies are obvious in priest where you have cards like Northshire Cleric, Injured Blademaster, and Auchenai Soulpriest to use with her, but she is still very good in other control decks. She is obviously bad in rush decks because the last thing you want to do is heal your opponent. She is also strong in Inspire themed decks that have cards like Coldarra Drake, Maiden of the Lake, and Garrison Commander, not to mention other cards with Inspire like Kodorider and Nexus-Champion Saraad.

This includes your hero. Your hero loses stealth at the start of your next turn.
