I play druid ramp and like Naga Witch better than Aviana. Thalnos is niche for some decks like Freeze mage and Miracle Rogue. Rag is a great late game closer in any deck, and it became the goto big fattie in standard since no dr. 7. Die Insect!

One thing about the Wild Ladder....its full of Priests :(

I have noticed the same thing. I would love wild except for all the stupid N'Zoth priests. I play many different decks, and have not been able to beat them. They control, remove, and steal all your shit, and outvalue everything.

posted a message on The amount of unusable Priest cards is simply sad!

Go play wild N'Zoth priest. If you can't burst it down might as well concede. That deck will out value and beat every other control deck. Those priest cards in wild are why they are careful with what they give priest. It does not take much for priest to dominate with all of it's control and steal shit. I enjoy wild alot until i get matched with that stupid deck.

Congrats on the 12 wins! I just started playing and getting into arena recently too. You should post the deck that got you there. I am still doing good to get 4 wins.

posted a message on Can u be a wild player and still be a competitive player?
    Quote from IFTKICS >>

My goal as a hearthstone player has been to become a competitive player, but i just cant stand the meta in standard. So i tried out wild and i absolutely love it. So much better than the crappy standard meta. But is it still possible as a player to become somewhat competitive but still be a wild player?

I agree with you. I like the wild ladder better than standard ladder. I play both, but I get tired of standard pretty fast. So, when that happens I jump over to wild for awhile. Unless you want to compete in Blizzard sponsored tournaments play what ever you like.

I like Huhu alot. May not have a good spot in the meta atm, but the stats and ability are great. Awesome synergy in a N'Zoth deck, and no lack of good targets in wild. I have used her and been happy with it, but it's up to you. I would try her out, and then if you don't like it de for something else. I don't fret over de goldens tho since they trade for another legendary. So go for it if you really want to play with another one.

Definitely Grommash, he is the one with the highest value compared to the other trash legendaries that you listed.

WTF, Other trash legendaries?? Those are all top tier leg's. I am just going to assume that you forgot the kappa after that comment. I would probably go with Rags since he is neutral and a great late game finisher in any deck.

I was lucky enough to get him from a pack and he's been a great addition to my decks, but I don't feel that he's worth 1600 dust. He's not a meta-breaking card, but he's super annoying to deal with. Lots of fun!

^^ I did the same. I like him in my greedy astral ramp druid deck. Glad i got from a pack. Would not de, but probably not worth crafting either.
He's just a badass card all around. Only a few tech'd minions can deal with him. Definitely won't d/e him either. how are you liking the astral druid?
Astral ramp druid is a blast to play. I made a bunch of new decks since standard and WOG came out and have not play tested the deck enough to know all it's strengths and weaknesses. What I have noticed so far is that it can be inconsistent. Against aggro if you get too far behind on board it's probably game over since druid does not have any good board wipes. I have been liking Naga Sea Witch. Helps get your fatties on board faster. I crafted Aviana thinking it would be good for that too, but so far I am not that happy with it. The same type of ability for a 9 mana 5/5 is usually to little too late to impact the game. Overall the deck is really fun to play tho.

posted a message on Breaking the gilded cage. How I learned to love Wild.

With the release of Old Gods and the new standard format I was having a blast playing in standard and creating new decks in an uncharted meta for about a week and half, and then it happened, the meta developed, and everyone was playing the same net decks. Back to the same old boring stale meta. I thought it would be like a month or two before I would even play a wild game after standard started, but after facing the same new dominant decks in standard I gave wild a try and was really happy with what I found. Lots of different decks being played. When I face a mage I have no idea what it is. Could be tempo, mech, reno, freeze, or some weird home brew. When you climb a bit you start seeing the usual suspects, but over time there will be many different strong decks from different classes to face. So, I love having 2 different ladders to play on. When you get tired of the meta on one ladder jump over to the other one. This has made laddering way more fun than simply grinding out games.

I kept my normal version because i want complete sets, but i would de a golden without hesitation. I have done nothing with the regular version. I can not see any reason to ever play it, except maybe some weird tavern brawl.

posted a message on Best Legendary Craft for a Control Priest Ysera or Nzoth?

Ysera is always a good card, but N'Zoth is ridiculous. When I encounter N'Zoth priest in wild I seriously consider just conceding. You have a deck full of value based death rattles, and then you can play N'Zoth later and have a board full of extreme value that should kill your opponent next turn. I love the card when playing it and hate the shit out of it when playing against it. This card is way more busted than Dr 7.

posted a message on Can We Talk About nerfing C'Thun For a Hot Second?

C'Thun decks seem okay. You have to dedicate alot of mediocre cards in your deck to have a late game finisher. I am hating the N'Zoth decks. You fight against a control deck that can remove, board wipe for days, and then if paladin nerf all your threats, or if priest steal all your shit. And then if you fight through all their threats and maintain board they drop N'Zoth late game and have enough board to kill you next turn. It's even worse because the synergy is with deathrattles so they get so much value on you through out the game. Thank god Blizz nerfed the silence minions. kappa
