Grimscale Oracle and Murloc Tidecaller have been my bread and butter for the past 3 days. Super fun to play with.

After about 23 wins, Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound and Innervate have both been SUPER FUN to play.  Playing a 10/10 on turn 2 that makes more 10/10s is super fun and interactive!

Should do some research on the site and craft some Standard Staples. The new Druid legendary and the Rouge legendary are both pretty good. Or you could face out and make 2 Call of the Wild.

Basically a 3/2 for 2 with taunt, split across two minions. The taunt is super helpful and this card works very well with Steward of Darkshire. If they don't do anything, the 1/1 is still good trade fodder. I see it as a way to keep a board or gain board control with 2 mana. I run it in my Standard Paladin Token deck. Very strong in the small minion plan.

Having Leper Gnome get nerfed definitely hurts the deck. If we want WOtG cards, I would recommend Eternal Sentinel or Flamewreathed Faceless a 3/2 that unlocks overloads or a 7/7 for 4 is also a great beat stick. It's a hard thing to replace honestly. Losing the 2-6 1 drop is HUGE

It may not be Hearthstone, but I played Brian Kibler multiple times in Magic Grand Prix and Opens.

posted a message on One thing always bothers me when people say that Hearthstone is much simplier then MtG

Funny thing! I actually wrote an article on this a couple of months ago on manacrystals.com From Magic to Hearthstone. If you're too lazy to click the link, here's a part from the article.

"I remember playing the Hearthstone tutorial and remembering “Wow, this game is fun!”. The six-part tutorial was super clean and clear. In contrast, Magic is not an easy game to learn. You can either be taught by a friend (I was fortunate enough to be), or discover it yourself. It can take a few WEEKS to grasp the basic concepts of the game (I still remember how long it took me to figure out the phases), and it only gets harder from there. The stack, floating mana, etc, all of those things ARE RARELY or NEVER touched on in the intro pack instruction manual. There are SO many mechanics and keywords. Deck building becomes SUPER in-depth and complex and don’t let me get started on how intricate card interactions were. This is why I found Hearthstones tutorial appealing, it showed me how little rules there were and how easy the game itself was to learn. I still overthink when I play, but most of that is from Counterspell PTSD (when it happens once, you can assume it will happen again). More importantly, I felt that right out of the gate I could take on the world with my Mage deck. When a game can do that with such a short period of time, you truly have a gem."

Hi! I'm Jibleteer! I've been playing Hearthstone for about 6 months and I come from a competitive Magic the Gathering background. I have faced numerous big and significant names in the MtG community such as Luis Scott-Vargas, Brian Kibler, and Day9. I enjoy testing Standard brews and developing meta instead of following it. I'm awful at Arena, and get lucky enough in Constructed. My favorite format is Standard and I hope to see you all on ladder some! I can communicate via Skype,Mumble, or in-game chat!

It gets really fun with Rouge. Youthful Brewmaster and Shadowstep are really good and fun to use, as I pulled off this combo of play Leper Gnome, play Abusive Sergeant, play Abusive Sergeant, Attack with both Sergeants, use Shadowstep to return one, use Youthful Brewmaster to return the other. Play both on the Leper Gnome, at the end of it, I attacked with a 10/2Leper Gnome, 4 2/1 Abusive Sergeant, and a Youthful Brewmaster for 21 damage. This only happened once, but it felt so nice to pull a combo like that!

Almost a carbon copy of my old Standard Aggro Shaman! Only difference i2 Unbound Elemental for Flame Juggler. I did this because it not only gives us another 2 drop, but kinda lifts pressure of feeling the need to Overload as much! Great list though! How has it been working for you? Any changes you'd make?
