 Youre right and they don't fit with the flavor i was going for.  I'll take another shot at some of them.  

I don't think its a problem that mage and shaman are similar though.  

DRUID: I'd probably change Druid to something like "Deathrattle: Equip a 1/3 Dragon Tooth Dagger" that gives you armor every time you attack,

PRIEST: I'd probably take out the reborn on the priest one and give it Lifesteal and "Your Lifesteal effects also heal adjacent minions" 

HUNTER: Eh, I kind of like the hunter one.  There's a reason why Charge hasn't been printed in a while.  its a really powerful effect and i think its kind of cool to bring it back on a card like this.  And its really flavorful.

If you do that, I would also advise to simplify each form. Maybe having just one keyword on top of whichever stats seem best (5 Mana 4/4 with a keyword and discover a spell sounds very powerful). The thing is that players would have to remember the form for each class in order to take the best choice. Not all keywords are equal of course but I think the power levels would be closer this way.

The idea is definitly there but I think you can make the execution both simpler and more interesting in terms of gameplay.

 I hear you, but i really want to not use discover. Its a fantastic mechanic, but it has been overdone, especially in custom cards.  I kind of wanted this card to be a fun tempo/value card rather than an interactive/versatile card.  I want the forms to be a bit powerful, with the cost being randomness and low stats.

Hey everyone.  

This is a community experiment where we try to design a hearthstone card together. 

Will the hearthpwn hivemind be able to create a well balanced card? Or will the trolls troll the process?   

Welcome to Part 2 of the experiment, where we create text for the card we made earlier this week.  Let me introduce you all to STRANGE DESERT YETI.  

In Part 1, - we picked a statline: cost, attack, and health.  I took the average cost, attack, and health from everyone's votes.  Then, people chose an adjective, noun, and rarity for the card and I chose the ones with the highest votes. Because there was a tie for the "Strange" and "Desert" adjectives we got Strange Desert Yeti, a 5 mana 6/5.   

Actual stats: Cost Avg: 4.83, Attack Avg.: 6.27, Health Avg.: 5.18

Part 2 "The Text"- 2/19 - 2/23 -  Reply to this thread, with your favorite text and/or vote for your favorite reply.  I will choose the text with the most upvotes. 

I will make a reply to this thread "No Text/Vanillia" and if that receives the most votes, then we will not add text to the card.  

EDIT: I will not personally take place in the voting, except to break a tie.  

Part 3 - Upload to hearthcards - 2/24 - After this process, I will upload Strange Desert Yeti to hearthcards under the user "Let'sMakeAMinion." The ultimate goal of this "twitch" experiment is to eventually get a card into the hearthcards gallery (legitimately).

PART 1  "The Body" 2/16 - 2/19- Pick a statline: cost, attack, and health.  I will take the average cost, attack, and health from everyone's votes.  Then, choose an adjective, noun, and rarity.  Some adjectives/nouns come with minion types (written in parenthesis next to the nouns).  I will choose the adjective and noun with the highest votes. If there's a tie, I'll try to find a way to combine them.  

I will post the card to the thread with suitable art for part 2.  

Part 2 "The Text"- 2/19 - 2/23 -  We will then allow people to  post possible text for the card.  The text with the most upvotes will be put on the card, after which it will be uploaded to hearthcards under the user "Let'sMakeAMinion."

EDIT: Seeing that the Paladin and rogue had the lowest power level, I gave them a bit of a boost.  

PALADIN FORM: Now has Divine Shield and "Adjacent minions have +1 Attack." 

ROGUE FORM: Now has Stealth AND Poisonous.  

EDIT: Changed the Shaman Form to read "Your spells that deal damage have overload (1)". 

SOME OTHER IDEAS:

Rogue Form: Give it poisonous as well?

Mage Form: Originally didn't have the spell cost reduction on the mage one. I added it because I felt that its just a worse Azure Drake then, netting a random spell from a random class (instead of one you put in your deck)

Thanks. Yeah that was the design philosophy behind it, give you a bit of the flavor of that class.  

the reason why i had the 'this is also a beast" and "This is also a demon" is so that if the battlecry pulls stuff like demonfire or mark of ysarrj, you have this to interact with it. 

I always hated when you played some random card generator, and it gave you something like "Beastial Wrath" in your control priest deck
