Shattered Rumbler is just way too situational, we already had problems with cards like "if you played elemental last turn" like Bonfire Elemental that saw soo little play because of it, its literally Big whelp with a huge set back.
Now back to shattered rumbler, for you to make good use of it, you would need to predict and play a spell last turn to get any value of him, not to mention he also deals 2 damage to your own minions as well.
My suggestions would be "if you played spell this turn" or give him like 4/4 stats and target enemies only because this is just bad version of Crazed Netherwing because not only does it do 3 damage more but you have 10 much better control of it.
I play this card for a couple weeks - its ok and usually active when I need it. 2 dmg is not much, so you need to prepare the board anyway (and bite for some extra tokens). Spell + Shattered Rumbler - too expensive for 2dmg aoe. Buff it to 3.
Marshspawn again, a worst version of a existing card Hench-Clan Burglar it only costs 1 mana more and you avoid this annoying restriction of casting spells constantly which can be hard because shaman spells are annoying to deal with and annoying to use, its mostly overload cards or Totemic Might in the discover pool, marshpawn should just be, discover a shaman spell and thats it or at least get the same treatment as shattered, with the "if you played spell this turn"

Altruis the Outcast - After you play the left- or right-most card in your hand, deal 1 damage to all enemy minions.
Priestess of Fury - 1) 9 mana 7/7. At the end of your turn, deal 7 damage randomly split among all enemies. 2) At the startof your turn, deal 6 damage randomly split among all enemies. 3) 7 mana 7/7. At the end of your turn, deal 7 damage randomly split among all enemies. Can't attack
Blackjack Stunner - Battlecry: If you control a Secret, return a minion to its owner's hand. It costs (2) more for 2 turns.
Skull of Gul'dan - Draw 3 cards. Outcast: Draw 2 cards instead. Reduce their Cost by (3).
I believe Alexstrasza will always find a place in any control mage deck. But other classes do not use her so often. Right now Alexstrasza is included in Renomage and Galalock decks.
It's a great card. Many people want it in HOF. Sooo maybe you will get dust refund in a couple years)))
I've been thinking about the inconsistency of DH having a 1 mana hero power and the, sometimes to so small, advantage it gives in comparison with all the other classes.
Keeping that in mind, I have thought of the possibility of giving all other classes 1 mana cost hero powers, so when you make a deck you could choose to play with the regular 2 mana cost hero power or the new 1 mana cost hero power. I think it would give the game a fresh and more variable deckbuilding experience.
So, the new hero powers would something like this:
Druid: Choose one - +1 attack this turn or +1 armor.
Hunter: Deal 1 damage to the enemy hero.
Mage: Deal 1 damage to a minion.
Paladin: (I don't know, HELP!).
Priest: Restore 1 Health.
Rogue: Equip a 1/1 dagger.
Shaman: Summon a random totem. (-1 health to all totems, and 1/1 totem is replaced by a 0/1 deathrattle that gives 1 damage to a random enemy).
Warrior: Gain 1 armor.
Warlock: Draw a card and take 3 damage.
Of course, after all this, DH would have to get a 2 mana cost hero power, which would probably be +2 Attack this turn.
What do you guys think about this and any changes you would make?
2 mana +2 Attack this turn. Can not attack enemy hero this turn. 2 mana +2 Attack this turn and attack random enemy. (blz sooo like random, so why not)
I am on the verge of removing Acidic Swamp Ooze becuase I am not finding a lot of weapons in use now. But the 3/2 for 2 is still very useful. I will have to see if I can find something else to sub in for it. I wonder if Evasive Chimaera might be playable. More of a later game play, just not sure if it will survive to attack often enough. Maybe Quicksand Elemental is playable.
I used Grizzled Wizard against priests for a while. Swap HP before he completes the quest. Kill khartut or leave waterbrearer. It was fun. You can try it))

It will be strong only with coin. Otherwise you need to much mana to get a spell. Right now its perfect turn 4 after Serpentshrine Portal or turn 3 after Invocation of Frost. If you don't mind to spend 1 extra mana to Hench-Clan Burglar, play Vulpera Scoundrel (fair -1 cost, -2 stats)

I took legend with control shaman last month. It performs quite good.

Rising Winds - it usually draws cards. so I would replace it with Breath of Dreams.
Another option is Wild Growth.

Nerfs we deserve (IMO), but nerfs we won't get:
Altruis the Outcast - After you play the left- or right-most card in your hand, deal 1 damage to all enemy minions.
Priestess of Fury -
1) 9 mana 7/7. At the end of your turn, deal 7 damage randomly split among all enemies.
2) At the start of your turn, deal 6 damage randomly split among all enemies.
Galakrond, Azeroth's End (all 5) - Claw can't attack heroes
Alexstrasza - Battlecry: At the end of your turn Set a hero's remaining Health to 15.
Added:
Twin Slice - Give your hero +1 Attack this turn. At the end of your turn Add 'Second Slice' to your hand.
