I'm pretty confident it's Cataclysm/Deathwing focused. 

Initially when they announced Wild cards returning, they only mentioned N'Zoth and Ragnaros. These are 2 key figures during Cataclysm. N'Zoth is the old god that actually corrupted Neltharion and turned him into Deathwing. Ragnaros was also a N'Zoth recruit.

This is a huge buff to Free From Amber. It is the only class minion that you can summon at this moment, and class cards appear more often in discover effects. So you might as well run free from amber instead of Obsidian Statue in some decks and get it one turn earlier.

I like the idea of having the original board when the match starts and then you start to hear whispers in music background and everything start to get slowly corrupted until you have this final appearance.
