To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand the warrior class. The thinning is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical cardgames most of the draws will go over a typical players's head. There's also garrosh's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Rafael Sabatini literature, for instance. A Truly warrior player understands this stuff; he has the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of those draws, to realize that they're not just insane - they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who misreview this class truly ARE idiots - of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Garrosh's existencial summon call "Victory or death!," which itself is a cryptic reference to Ayn Rands's character Ragnar Danneskjöld. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Ben Brodes's genius unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a Horde tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
Maybe it was just dumb luck: maybe the card considers only the starting deck and you really hit the original kingsbane (you might aswell had taken an already used card?) you should test this interaction by fatiguing someone playing the Trickster and see what happens. Then you use some cards that shuffle a card in your opponent and then you trickster again. In my opinion OR the cards reads the starting deck and gives you them OR it is bugged, which is understandable since it is "1 DAY OLD" (not really since they should test those things)
My suggestion is to play with friends, that way you know they can't go with degenerate things if you want to test out something. The most fun I have playing HS is against my twin brother, now he lives in another city but sometimes he comes nearby or when He cannot we play versus online, not only for quests but for pure fun. You can even organize a best of 3-5-7 whatever you want to try out most deck at possible. If you have real-life friends that are invested in the game such as you I suggest you to do it, If you don't, then make new ones online that shares the will to play janky things.
Honestly LoL is a different game so I don't get the comparison. The number of collectibles in LOL is pretty lower if compared to HS, they are 2 different game. Lol pushes his economy into the e-sports and a fewer part on skins.
If you want to make a fair comparison you should take other card games. Honestly the only one that comes into mind to me is Gwent. That cardgame is the F2P dream, with an unique twist to the genre. I managed to have an almost full collection on Gwent after just 7 months of playing, their daily reward are awesome. When you open a Keg in Gwent you also get to pick your 5th card in a pool of 3 offered cards which is something Hs will never do, because wasting dust on common and rare must be a thing right?
Honestly Hs has became quiet generous with quest rewards, events and such but still lacks a true playerbase attention. I'm not saying they should follow every Reddit post but they should do something in that direction.
An honest point I can give you is that Riot Games lately has been giving a lot of ears open for the voice of the community
Turn 12 was a mistake. You should have gone with Al'akir since you first play the "can be stopped by taunt" damage. You played the sword too late imo. Side note: if nerf were active you would have won
Spiteful problem is the pool being too good. But increasing the manacost would be a good start.
Doomguard used to be a cool card finisher for zoo now it is a boring tool of evil and combo that is too easy to pull off.
I would nerf Guldan by make him summon just 1 copy for each demon that died. But that would make Mal'Ganis in wild a god.
Tone down Dark pact heal.
I really like the Possesed Lackey change. It is a proactive Bane of Doom. The deck should just have 1 way to cheat minions. The skull is fair since it is counterable.

Wouldn't be easier to create a discord channel where you found other people to play old cards with?

Add 1 Azalina to improve Odds against control and combo- not much else to do. You can also add 1 zola for more value

Let's do a rotating Core Set is my suggestion- like they do in MtG.

Replace Arcanologist with Mad Scientist.

If you read more articles you would know that he was against Shudderwock. The card would be fine except for the turn lenght.
