Comparisons to Bolvar Fordragon aren't really fair, since Bolvar's effect only happens when he's in your hand. This is a card you could draw after a number of earlier discards and find that its stats are very reasonable for a 5-drop (especially with the lifesteal value that Warlock critically needs).

This card is getting a lot of hate, and I'm not totally convinced that it's entirely merited. Discolock can be quite inconsistent, and a lot of people are joking that you could discard this and lose all value from it, but it's worth noting that this effect is present on Blood-Queen Lana'thel regardless of when it is played. So, you could play it before you play the discard effect and buff it while in play. If the worst should happen and you lose it to a discard effect, you could bring it back later with Cruel Dinomancer. (Before people laugh down that suggestion, remember that we're getting a bunch of new deathrattles in this expansion, which may make cards like N'Zoth, the Corruptor and even Spiritsinger Umbra more useful, making a control style Quest Warlock more viable.)

I wonder if this makes King Mosh playable in a control warrior. One of his biggest problems is a need for whirlwind synergy, but having all these extra whirlwinds could make it easier to line up that combo and clear the board. It could easily be argued that warrior doesn't need more board clears thanks to Sleep with the Fishes and Brawl, but King Mosh has always seemed like an attractive removal option to me because he's guaranteed to leave you with a strong minion on the board, unlike other Warrior clear options.

posted a message on New Shaman Card Revealed: Ice Breaker

This seems like it could be pretty good. Envenom Weapon can remove two minions over two turns for five mana (and some life). Shaman today, without any extra support, can freeze for one mana using Frost Shock and Glacial Shard, so this is something like removing three minions over three turns for six mana (and some health). Envenom Weapon doesn't see much play, but a big part of that is that enemy removal is typically for large threats, and rogue has no healing. Shaman has tons of healing, and since Hallazeal the Ascended is now an elemental, it's hard not to believe a freezing elemental Shaman isn't coming down the pike pretty soon.

EDIT: I did skip over one important cost - the number of cards required. Obviously Envenom Weapon requires only one card slot to get full value, while this requires four. Despite that, based on the elemental synergies today (including Frost Elemental), I think this could comfortably be a "one of" in an elemental Shaman. Assuming this gets more support from other upcoming Shaman cards, maybe even "two of."
