I am over people who only play rush netdecks. Many of decks have zero skill factor and just annoy the hell out of me. It just is no fun loosing on turn 5 or 6!!!
I am going to take a different approach to this thread. I am so salty at myself, for the stupid way I have been playing recently. Yes i have had some crap RNG, but i have seriously played some dumb moves that have resulted in me loosing. Just today I was playing with my semi control homebrew priest deck against a classic freeze mage deck. I had lethal next turn, but had to decide whether i went for the face or whether i killed the adzure drake. I went for the face, and the spell boost by leaving the drake on the board, meant all my minions were wiped out and I lost all board control. I know the importance or removing spell enhancing minions when playing freeze mage, yet I was too stupid to do it in this game.
Thank you for your offer, I greatly appreciate it. I will add you tonight when I get home. It would be good to have a couple of games to see where I am going wrong. I suspect it is a combination of not getting the most out of my deck, combined with having some cards in the deck with are not overly beneficial. My preferred Heros at the moment are Druid and Mage. I run a control Druid Deck that is heavy in strong minions, with spells for removal. My mage deck is a mishmash of spells and minions.
I am relatively new to this game and have starting buying a few packs to build my decks up, However, I have been having an interesting experience which I wanted to explore with the community. I am buying the seven pack details and I am getting one legendary card per seven packs (which seems to be a great strike rate based on the average statistics that i have seen). However, all my legndaries have been the Deathwing (i have four now). My question is am i just having some bad luck (or good luck depending on you look at it) or are some legendary cards have a higher chance of being obtained?
Worst play i have done is when I was playing mage. Both myself and my opposition was on less than 10 health. I went to finish him off with a pyroblast, but accidentally blasted myself. Needless to say it was not what I had planned and was an embarrassing way to loose.
Thank you for this guide. I am still a noob and have lots of learning to do. Guides like this are very helpful and helps me to set up a stronger approach to my game play. The buffing gruel approach is exactly something I would do.
Thank you so much for this help. Your guide was just what I was looking for. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into your reply. Looks like i will be rejigging a few of my decks tonight. If only if i could sort the app stability issue I will be sorted.
I have been playing this game since April this year, and only have around 120 wins (I am essentially still a noob). I have been lurking on the forums and watching a few you tube videos to get some tips and tricks. I have however kinda managed to confuse myself and I am looking for some guidance. I currently have, what i consider, to be below average packs. I tend to have a preference for the Shaman, Paladin or Mage heros. I only have around 800 gold at the moment and am considering entering the arena. What i am seeking guidance on is as follows:
When should i enter the arena (i.e should I wait until i have a few more wins behind me)?
How should i use my gold (at the moment i use it to buy packs), but should i be entering the arena or saving my gold a bit more?
What is the best way to get gold (i suspect it is the arena)?
How does crafting work? I have read a bit about this and I have disenchanted a few duplicates that I have. However, I have not crafted any cards as I am unsure what i should be crafting?
What number of cards should be the minimum i aim for (i maybe have around 250 cards at the moment?
I know these are very basic questions, but any help provided would be much appreciated. Also as an aside, does any one else have stability issues with the app on Ipad. I loose a lot of games because i get kicked out of my game and by the time i have reconnected, I have loss or two moves (I am in NZ and have excellent wireless internet). Is anyone else having this issue?

I cannot seem to break rank 15 with my homebrew decks. I still have a lot of learning to go.
