They didn't have to cheat, you can queue actions before the actual animations have played out, at least on PC. It is not at all uncommon to have animations finish after your opponent's turn has seemingly ended. 

They'll kill them with nerfs before they rotate them out. Genn+Baku were neutral, which contributed to them being everywhere. The quests are class specific, so you couldn't just rotate out the problematic ones as that wouldn't be fair. Also, several of the quests are unproblematic and quite fun (Rogue especially IMO). It's also too early to tell how the quests will fare in the new meta - I only played against one or two Warriors, one Shaman and one Priest quest today during a four hour playing session. 

You get 20 honour points by winning against your own faction and 40 for winning against the opposing faction. As you've chosen the Alliance, you will get 40 points for winning against a Horde player and 20 points for winning against a fellow Alliance player.

Dungar has been bugged for months now. The first option never works in either Duels or Arena. I can't believe they haven't fixed it by now!

While the coin might sometimes feel unfair, the fact is that the player going first is still favoured to win. The coin and the extra card still leaves the player going second at a disadvantage, but it's the closest the Hearthstone team has managed to get to an equal winrate. Do a quick google search, and you'll find several articles/discussions about this topic.

Unless the card specifically reads "Discover a copy of a card in your deck", discovering a card in your deck implies drawing it as well. Look at Warsong Wrangler and Selective Breeder: the former draws a beast, and Far Watch Post triggers, the latter adds a copy to your hand without the Post triggering.

I usually preorder, but sometimes skip the December expansion due to Christmas and all the extra expenses for gifts etc. This will be one such year. I don't mind too much though - Warrior is my least played class, so I don't mind missing out on the portrait, and I have enough gold to open 160+ packs and dust enough to craft all the legendaries I want. I'll probably buy the tavern pass though, that shouldn't break the bank. 

If you decide to preorder, the smaller bundle is IMO the better deal. If I was preordering, that's the one I would get.

She's been moved to the 22th in the official reveal schedule.

The official card reveal schedule has been changed - Kurtrus will not be revealed today, but on 24 November, and the card originally scheduled for that date will be released instead.

Consensus on r/hearthstone seems to be that this is a fake. Apparently the card art is photoshopped fan art, and if you look closely, the armor on the "leaked" card is wrong compared to the teaser photo on the official website.

The lack of communication is once again the problem. Just a simple "the card reveal has been postponed" would do. I was looking forward to this reveal and is sad that it won't be happening, but what really annoys me is the total silence from the Hearthstone team.

Yes, every player gets a diamond copy of the winning faction's card. From the patch notes:

"At the end of the event, all Honor will be tallied and the winning faction’s accomplishment will be forever enshrined in Hearthstone, because every player will receive a Diamond copy of the winning faction’s leader card (Drek’Thar or Vanndar)!"

Just to make it clear: eventually, ALL players will be given both cards in Golden and one of them in diamond for a total of *three* cards - provided that you finish the legendary quest. So, the choice you make now is really just which legendary you would like to have access to first. 

Personally, I favour the Alliance for two reasons: the legendary fits my play style, and Xyrella is bae. Never played WoW, no nostalgia.

Mercenaries hero cards are no surprise at all, everyone saw that coming a mile away. Still hyped though, as this will be the first time every class have access to a hero card since KotFT rotated out!

The honour system and Horde vs Alliance event sounds absolutely awesome. I can't think of a single community-based Hearthstone event similar to this one, and I really like this new direction for the game. Engaging events done right could really spice up the everyday Hearthstone experience IMO.
