posted a message on rank 1 legend guaranteed quest warrior deck

Seriously? Insufficient of card draws, so even with your removal cards, you might not draw them. Sleep with fishes of King Most combo defeinitely need card draws to set up. The cards cost too much, so there is no way to complete the quest is a reasonable amount of time. Arcanite Reaper and Gorehowl is just killing you quicker by lowering your health.

Have you even test your deck?

posted a message on Skeleton Knight should be buffed

Skeleton Knight is horrible. Think about it. For Skeleton Knight to gain value, it has to win Joust. Skeleton Knight can provide long-term value by keeping winning joust so you have 'infinitive' cards to play. However, For winning joust, you need a deck with a mana curve. A deck with high mana curve is best suited for long term value. In such deck, it is doubtfully if there is enough mana to play Skeleton Knight. Not to mention Skeleton knight is horrible card stats wise.

posted a message on Most hated deck in the history of Hearthstone. VOTE!

I don't understand why no one mentions the following decks. They are the pain in my ass.

    1. OTK warrior. Warsong Commander used to give everything charges. Combined with molten giant and brewmaster, it is very difficult to counter. I am glad that Blizzard remove this deck by nerfing Warsong Commander and Charge.

    2. Fatigue Mage. Deathlord, Sludge, Duplicate, AOE. It is extremely annoying with taunts keep coming out. Even if you want to build a strong board to counter the taunts, you will get AOE. Kyan Mystic is a counter to fatigue mage but its stats is horrible and very bad vs non-secret decks. Not to mention that Fatigue Mage is never very popular and it is not worth a spot for Kyzen Mystic in a deck for a very rarely seen deck.

I give my vote to Patron Warrior though. This deck is very hard to play and very hard to counter.

posted a message on Tavern Brawl - this is really it ???

I have to say this week Tavern Brawl is pretty disappointing. I was expecting something like "Challenge Stone" where players have restrictions in deck building. However...
    1. No deck building
    2. 2 unfamilar heros
    3. Extremely imbalance, Ragnoros is too weak
    4. Too random
    5. Unfamilar cards
    6. the atmosphere is so bad. They are making Rag and Nefarian rivals, but I don't feel that they hate each other or whatever. Maybe more and better dialogue or some back story explaination? Moreover, sometimes I am rag, sometimes I am Nefarian, the inability of choosing a hero makes me feel not involved in the rivalry. It will be so much better if players can choose their sides, or maybe even access to the card pool of each hero and build their custom deck.

I have an idea. Each player can only choose a side for each week. If a player choose from Rag, he/she can only use Rag and build deck from card pool of Rag. It makes players feel taking part in the Rag vs Nef battle.

I wish next week is better.

posted a message on Paladin secrets? Any space for them in midrange or control paladin?

Redemption is horrible because of Paladin's heroic ability. Sometimes you might need to avoid using your heroic ability to maximize the effect of redemption, and by not using the heroic power, it is very suspicious to your opponents and thus they will play around redemption by not killing the target you want. The down side of not using the heroic ability of really great.

Of course your deck can have deathrattle or divine shield minions to maximize the power of Redemption, but still redemption is unreliable as 1. your deck will suffer a lot by having the restrictions of including some not-the-best deathrattle or divine shield minions and 2. you have to play around your secrets by not using your heroic ability and 3. even Redemption works, the redempted minions only have 1 hp and can be easily killed off.

There are really good situation with Redemption, like harvest golem, scarlet crusader, sludge bulcher, Slyvannas. But still, it is stitutional.

Or maybe there is a way to make it works, just I have not found it out.

posted a message on Best legendary for this arena?

    I would say Bolvar.

Your deck is not fast enough to justify Leeroy as Leeroy is used as a finisher. If you cannot finish your opinion or kill the small whelp immediately, Leeroy will be countered and does not affect the board. Spending 5 mana with no impact on board means you are in a disadvantage. The problem can be mitigated if you are close to kill your opponent, but by the look of your mana curve, it is not the case.

King Mukla is an excellent card, 3 mana 5/5. It gives banana but your opponent has to spend mana on it. In early game where mana is scare, having your opponent giving up a few mana to buff their minions to counter your King Mukla will allow you to have a tempo advantage. If King Mukla is played on an empty board, the advantage brought will be much greater as your opponent has no target for the banana to gain immediate effect. At worst case, your opponent has the mana to use the bananas, you still have a 5/5. However, the bananas will provide your opponent a great flexibility in flavourable trading. Your deck has a considerable amount of early game to support the choice of King Mukla. However, your deck has little comeback mechanism as the 2 argent protector and 2 shatter sun cleric are weak when you are behind and cannot choose for flavourable trading. Deathwing is too late and unreliable as a comeback mechanism. The disadvantage of choosing King Mukla is putting you further behind when you are not winning the board.

Bolvar is not bad in general. For the vanilla to be worthy, it has to be at least a 3/7. Killing 2 minions while holding Bolvar is not difficult to achieve. Of course it is bad in top deck war, but as paladin, most likely you will have some silver hand recruits to sacrifice. Bolvar will have a really great stats most of the time. Besides, you do not have anything in your 5 mana slot. Its  high health allow it to do multiple trading and it is especially good when you are behind. When you are ahead, dropping Bolvar will add a big threat to your opponent and even win you the game as Bolvar will have insane damage and cut your opponent's time to comeback.

posted a message on Why Cogmaster's Wrench is unpopular?

Cogmaster's Wrench seems to be a very strong card in mech Rogue. I am trying it but even though I am not sure why I feel it is bad. Since it must be in a mech deck, having mech on board usually is not a problem. It is a 3 mana 3/3 weapon most of the time, a better Fiery Win Axe! With deadly poison, it becomes a 5/3! A better Arcanite Reaper In theory, it is going to do amazing in face aggro rogue deck. However, the effect on my mech rogue deck is not as good as I thought. I don't understand.

posted a message on To Blizzard (A suggestion that will balance Arena Heroes)

I am surprised that Mage is the concern of arena balancing. I think the focus should be on WARRIOR instead of Mage. Warrior is so damn weak in arena and the GVG expansion has weakened warrior a lot in arena.

posted a message on Cobalt Guardian Aggro Paladin Deck, advices needed

    Cobalt Guardian Aggro Deck
Export to BBCode Export to Cockatrice Export to MarkDown Export to Html Clone this deck
    Minion (22) Ability (6) Weapon (2)
    Loading Collection

I am using this deck in ranked 10 and I want some advices on how to improve this deck. I am considering replacing Micro Machine with Tinkertown Technician. I really want to make Cobalt Guardian works as it look cool. Also, I am not sure should I include Cog Hammer and remove Truesilver Champion.

This deck has Hammer of WrathJeeves and Divine Favor for card draws.with amazing mech synergy, early board control can be easily obtain and it has resistance to AOE with Harvest GolemShield MinibotArgent Protector and Cobalt Guardian

Small minions like Target Dummy and other low mana cost mech synergize with JeevesCobalt Guardianand Divine Favor

    So... my questions are:
    1. Tinkertown Technician or Micro Machine?
    2. Cog Hammer or Truesilver Champion?
    3. Other potential improvements that I cannot think of?

posted a message on Muster for Battle + Frostwolf Warlord

I tried Frostwolf in my own deck and realistically Frostwolf is going to be a 6/6 most of the time. It is weak if played on an empty board and most of the time in constructed, you are going to have an empty board. Also, some people have pointed out that Sea Giant is a better alternative to Frostwolf, which is true. There are too many good 5-mana drops compete with Frostwolf as someone else has already mentioned it so I find it extremely hard to put Frostwolf in constructed deck.

posted a message on Buff bad/weak cards?

I think this is a really good post. However, there is something I don't understand.

WHY ARE PLAYERS SPEAKING FOR BLIZZARD? We are players not secret agencies from Blizzard. We only have to care for what we want not what Blizzard thinks. Blizzard wants to make money? Fine. We players want a better game and this is our concern. We don't care how much money Blizzard makes. Each time people suggest for a balance change, A LOT of people keep saying ,'Blizzard has to make money so they make new cards with superior power'. FUCK IT. If you work for Blizzard or own Blizzard's share, I understand why you are speaking for Blizzard. If you are players, why should you bother? Why are people going against their interest?

The only thing we as players have to do is to demand for a better quality game, but not caring for Blizzard's financial status. Blizzard has already hired people to do so and we as players do not have to worry about it.

posted a message on Blizzard must create a card(s) to make paladin secrets playable

I am also testing a Gazlowe/toshley/secrets/Kel zhuard/deathrattle paladin deck. The deck uses mad scientists and secrets to gain tempo in early game and win the late game with Kel'zhuard + Gazlowe to replenish the board/hand. So far it is not too bad but I need more testing to confirm the viability of the deck.

It is also possible to use secret keeper in aggro paladin deck. Someone posted a deck before of having secret keeper in paladin.

Anyway, Hearthstone is fun with a lot of things to explore. Maybe you can try more on paladin secrets and you will find a lot of fun.

posted a message on Blizzard must create a card(s) to make paladin secrets playable

I vote no. Paladin secrets are playable, even on competitive level.

There is a card named Mad Scientist that can play you a secret with its deathrattle. I use mad scientist in my super aggro paladin with 2x avenge and 2x noble sacrifice. With a lot of low mana-cost minions, divine favour and cold light oracle, I can keep putting pressure on board with sufficient cards to play.

Noble Sac. and Avenge are ok for aggro deck.

Redemption is also playable. It synergizes quite well with minions with deathrattle. The only problem is it might resummon your 1/1 silver hand recruit and you want to avoid it. But it can be played around and do great job.

Repentance and Eye for an Eye... there are pretty bad I would say. Maybe instead of adding new cards to make paladin secrets available, blizzard should rework these 2 cards. Or maybe there are uses that I have not found. I tried to use Eye for an Eye in a Face Paladin deck but it just doesn't work. Eye for an Eye does not affect the board and paladin do not have consistence face damage to rush down the opponent.

I have recently crafted King Murka and I know there was a deck named Frozen Banana. It is a very interesting and creative deck. I am trying it on ladder at around rank 15. I realize the greatest weakness is the lack of card draw (because of buzzard nerf obviously). I do not find the new GVG cards very useful in this deck except Jeeves. However I lack the skill to update it to a GVG version since I play only retarded Face Hunter before. Can anyone help me?
