posted a message on So! Which developer/designer are we gonna lose this week?

I think all the good people who were in Team5 already left. Just look at the quality of the game now versus a few years ago, it has gone downhill ever since Brode left. All of the talented (expensive) senior devs got booted and replaced by (cheap) juniors and by streamers with no actual card design experience.

Also giving weapons expert 1 star :D  What are you, rank bronze 10?
I'm not even going to bother explaining, just watch today's review from feno, thijs and hunterace on why you're dead wrong on both weapon expert and order of the court, and dead wrong on sylvanas.

They can watch my review on why they are dead wrong as well, you don't need to worship them because they make videos, that's embarassing.

Why did you edit your insult from rank bronze 25 to 10 ? It's less funny this way, edit it back.

     'Because they make videos'

Yeah, so 3 players who have been among the best of the best for years. All 3 of them who have been GM's, 2 of them who won one or multiple World championships, are just known for making videos....
And somehow, a random dude on the forum who gives 1 star to what will likely turn out to be the most broken paladin card in years, has a more valid opinion on these cards...

    Ok dude, i'm done here.

You could stop reading at giving order of the court 1 star, OP has no clue about the game based on that alone ;)

Every 4 month I read arrogant replies like this on some of my reviews, more often than not I was right and the arrogant man went missing ;)

Come fight me whenever you want, best of 5, any constructed format, see who has no clue. You won't, obviously, arrogance and bravery are mutually exclusive.

There's litereally no review in your post history, only one of the worst druid deck monstrosities i have ever seen in this https://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/general-discussion/253781-druid-is-so-op-that-you-can-actually-play-big

I don't need to play games to point out that you're spouting a load of uninformed nonsense about these cards. But ofcourse the whole rest of the thread is wrong and you are right, what was that about arrogance again?

Again, watch the combined feno/hunterace/thijs review from today, they're way better than me at completely butchering your review with theirs ;)

posted a message on Standard Balance Changes Coming Soon - Might Include Neutral Cards!

Let's see what the Copium-department will come up next. Maybe buff rogue some more and make their location 0 mana, or buff Guff to always be in opening hand. I mean it can't get much worse than the meta they've created right now, so let's go totally nuts while we're at it.

Never saw it played, The only Warlock I faced was some Mecacthun ones

Still not Legend in some days maybe I will face more of them but for now it doesn't seems that strong and there is more cancer decks to face like turn 2/3 Neptulon or Pirate Rogue

     What the?
Imp warlock is by far the strongest deck in the game right now, Legend 2k- is basically imp lock, druid and shaman exclusively. Sometimes the odd hunter. How is pirate rogue more cancerous than that? Pirate rogue is literally one of the worst decks in the meta right now.

posted a message on Castle Nathria, First Thoughts and Impressions

I've played since very early HS, and in all those years i haven't seen the game THIS bad.
The game's been bad before, more than once, with a recent example of the no-minion meta. But this just beats everything in stupidity. Close to none of the new cards actually seem fun, and a bunch of them are way beyond broken. The archetypes are more streamlined than ever before, where every class just has one archtype now and there's a crazy amount of overlap in them too.

So, what do i think of the expansion? It's a steaming pile of cr... that clearly has (again) not been playtested properly, i think we can only conclude that anyone with any actual sense of what they are doing in Team 5 has long left them behind...

posted a message on Expansion Reveal March 15th - Core Set Reveal Coming Soon After

Yeah, i'll wait a month after the expansion to see if they grew any kind of clue on card design.
The last few expansions have all been terrible, with the most recent one taking the absolute cake in bad design (looking at you, kasakusan).
That's what Blizzard games are nowadays, you wait a month to see how it turns out, and then you probably don't buy it. A sad reality for a game company that was once considered the best in the business.

Announcing that they are going to do an announcement is also... well, weird, to put it mildly.

Hmm kinda disagree, i hated the chinese/jeeve curve milk meta, that seems bo be largely eliminated now and the game feels like it has a lot more depth.
What i do hate however, is the insane power difference between heroes, the imbalance is really off the charts. While you have insanely op buddies like the malificent, tavish, cookie, illidan, curator one etc, in the same patch they added stuff like the c'thun, tess, reno one etc and some  heroes that were already bad got even more terrible ones. For example, who the hell thought the pyramad, silas, rat king etc. buddies were a good idea?

It feels to me like they made about 10 really good, interesting and powerful buddies, then called it a day and slapped something random on the rest. Not a huge problem for now, but it will lead to a very stale meta with the same 8 heroes every game again very soon.

Rat king feels better than it looks, tbh - though it's a hero that I seem to handle better than others (still not a top-tier, but I'll take it over mediocre/bad options). Lets you fish for specific stuff surprisingly often. Nowhere near Wagtoggle's, though - just not as bad as it first looks :P Hard to get a good buddy for rat king because after the first few turns he's very open on which tribes to go for, and you often ignore the HP. Was surprised at the powerlevel of Wagtoggle, but cycling discount stuff is strong, particularly when you golden - key seems to be leaving pirates from the comp (a turn with Hoggarrr or a few of the sells for 3 gold ones is a beefy buff), though elementals would probably work too. Zeph's buddy is a good boost, too, can use that to compensate for faster tiering that turn, then sell.

Fortunately not been forced to pick Pyramad/Silas since the patch. Not a fan of C'thun's or Y'sharrj's buddies at all.

WRT Cookie I need to look at how to actually use him, as he looks like he'd just give you low-tier chaff of that tribe, since there'll be more of those available. And, in fact, that's been my minimal experience :P Three minions sold for 0 gold to get a tier 1/2 minion. Yay. HP is also weak early since you just lose a minion? That's what happens without hours to watch streamers, though :)

The dragon that gives you a minion from your last opp's warband can be hilarious with buddies. Nice little buff for him. Can't argue with stuff like a free secret every turn! Tarec is clearly the winner for a chunk of buddies, though, so wouldn't be surprised to see people rushing to 3 on 3 et al.

Warning: i think i'm about to trigger a mature 'DOH' moment in you :D
You use your cookie HP on minions in the shop, not on your board ;)
