Unfortunately Kalimos is a staple. It is one the reasons you run the elemental package in the first place, but you need Kalimos to play Elemental Shaman.
Not necessarily true, you can definitely play elemental shaman without aya. In my 300 games of testing, I have found that not having aya in the deck proves much more consistent for on curve plays, since aya can screw up your elemental synergy. Indeed shes very good especially since you have small elemental package in, but I personally would only run her if you had card draw, yet I dont run her in my elemental shaman. I would replace her with a lightning storm.
Trying to find the optimal build is very difficult. I have currently played a total of 100 games with Elemental Shaman over 12 different iterations. And I'm at 50-50. Some iterations have very few games, some have a lot. I know this isn't the best way of testing as all iterations should have the same number of games each. However my most successful deck had a lot of late game including 2 Blazecaller and 2 Stone Sentinel
I am going to continue testing over the next week to see if I can find an optimal version.
Stone Sentinel is almost useless vs Pirate Warrior. If you make it to turn 7 then yes, but you should focus on early game like you said with feral spirit. May also want to add another tar creeper and lightning storm.
"Hmmm, how to make more money because we don't have enough, the greedy people we are?"
"Align the GBP with the Dollar, so they look the same price but their not?"
"GREAT IDEA!"

I'm not 100% happy with the meta, but its nowhere near as bad as it previously has been. Here are my stats for 310 games of Un'Goro:
27% Warrior, 17% Rogue, 15% Hunter, 10% Druid, 9% Shaman, 7% Mage, Paladin Priest and Warlock 5%

Yes if your Pirate Warrior, and some of us don't want to be cancer, or be put up against cancer.

Do you mean BST? Since they reroll at 11pm GMT and 11pm BST after BST starts. (If you get what I mean) Am I correct in saying this?

I made a Theorycraft Murloc and Elemental Shaman Hybrid with the quest, it didn't look half bad actually. But I do see your point.

Interesting deck, will be good base to build around with the new Shaman quest Unite the Murlocs which I will definitely be trying out.

Yeah, was there a mistake, this card was played in Shaman on stream, but the art is mage. WutFace

Not saying its a good deck, I saw the opportunity and took it, wonder how it'll go.

That's a tiny sample size. 20 - 30 consistent games is a good sample size for seeing if you can play it, not 5
