Yes, I just had a great moment with HS. Priest played Hemet on turn 6 vs my control deck.
These joyous moments keep me coming back. Love you HS <3
LOL funny you mention that, that happened to me twice in a row. Played two separate players who both played Mechathun Priest and both got Hemet on turn 6. I'm sure you can imagine how the rest of the game went.
No, I stopped having fun a couple of weeks ago. Decided I'd had enough and uninstalled Hearthstone a while ago. I've been playing since MSoG, so almost two years, and the game lost its lustre for me this expansion. Boomsday is definitely my least favourite expansion, it introduced the least amount of creativity in the meta and fueled decks that feel completely unfun to lose against (Druid, OTK decks, Hunter DK, Quest Rogue etc). I'm a free to play player and I only have a limited selection of decks, so as much as I'd like to say "If you can't beat them, join them" I don't have the dust or gold to build those decks properly.
So, I am not going to play for a while. Maybe next expansion I'll come back but for now the game is at a point where it really isn't fun for me. Glad to see others are having fun, though!
I think because of Ben's awesome contributions to Hearthstone and its community, Blizzard needs to host a special event to commemorate Brode. For example, making Ben Brode a playable hero (in a tavern brawl) with some some insidious but hilarious hero power (like, 2-mana, Laugh at your opponent, turn all of your opponent's minions into 1/1 mini-brodes that laugh and deal 1 damage to a random enemy at the end of your turn).
I dunno - but there must be SOMEthing Blizzard can do.
Got an awesome classic pack. Got my second Cabal Shadow Priest finally, and a golden Shadowform. Love that sweet, sweet dust right before the expansion.
I was just thinking that! There's definitely some great synergies with this card. They may be a bit too big to pull off, but if I get this legendary I'm gonna try.. Too bad Kun is rotating out.
Personally I find the meta to be quite stale. There are about 5 viable classes (Paladin, Warlock, Priest, Hunter and Mage), and there is hardly any variety to the types of decks. Warlock and Priest have some diversity but the different decks in Paladin, Hunter and Mage are all very similar. Warrior, Shaman, Rogue and Druid have pretty much disappeared as far as I can tell.
In terms of the nerfs, I understood the objective but I think it's resulted in a pretty boring meta. Certainly the changes were necessary for the long term, but I think these next couple of months are going to be pretty rough. It reminds me a lot of the MSoG meta.
I hope something interesting and fun comes out soon to shift the meta up.

It seems one utility is making your minion attack twice. Hit face, then play this to hit another minion.

I could see this card being useful in aggro decks, to bring down the power level of control decks late in the game.

For even more fun, replace Stonetusk Boar with Angry Chicken!

Just what Token Druid needed.

In my experience it's a good sticky body, which is why it's in here. I don't think it's essential but it helps.

You have to have a full golden card deck.

Probably because it takes a lot of work. I'm sure they'll be up soon.

Definitely going to have to try this out.
. . . Did I just say I'm going to craft Angry Chicken?

I assume the text reads, "Echo. Give +1/+2 to a friendly minion."

Curious to hear what others think.
