Every class would get a unique weapon (Special Cooking Aparatus)
Thematicaly different ways to acquire/prepare ingredients (Warlock-DH using fel magics, Shaman-Mage elementalism, Paladin-Priest holy fire, Druid growing his own food, Warrior-Rogue bashing and skewering stuff respectively and Hunter well.. hunting)
Could even introduce unique multiple-condition Quests and call them Recipes.

Dunscot posted a message on Next Hearthstone Expansion: Scholomance Academy!Posted in: NewsWith 10 crossovers, I assume that there'll be 10 dual class legendaries, and 10 single class legendaries, + 4 or 5 neutrals.
And I guess dual-class cards appear in both classes in the collection manager. So, if you open one, you'll see them twice.

duelmaster posted a message on Open the way Gate is now too powerful and heres whyPosted in: General DiscussionAs a wild player I can't agree more. A lot of curvestone options within the deck. On top of that some op cards like mana cyclone which easily generates + 3 random spells. Then you have flamewaker which easily deals over +10 damage on the turn it has been played. On top of that the deck has great 2 drops which all have the full 2/3 stat line; which is the max for a 2 mana minion. Combine that with the fact that those minions have more then decent / strong effect and you will realise that things are unbalanced. Combine that with a broken quest reward and gg.
On top of that mage has so much card draw.... I first of all don't get why the mage class is a class based around card draw??? And even more weird is the fact that the card draw provided isn't even well balanced. In the past drawing a card is like 1.5 mana worth. Today you can draw 3 cards for 2 or 2 cards for 2 mana or have a draw + a 2/3 minion body. The balance is totaly gone which really irritates me to be honest.
So shortly summarised: broken quest reward with op cards that combine too good. Failing balancing team from Blizzard once again.

Durden posted a message on Open the way Gate is now too powerful and heres whyPosted in: General DiscussionOP is right about this deck. It lacks decent counters and with all the removal and card generation mage has avaiable it's hard even for face decks to win against it. Increasing the number of spells for Open the Waygate to 8 should slow it down a bit and making Time Warp cost 7 mana instead of 5 will make impossible to play it with Archmage Vargoth immediatly, unless they are discounted with Emperor Thaurissan. Before someone answers with the predictable "WiLd Is MeAnT To Be BrOkEn" argument, while it's true that wild is meant to have the strongest decks and combos it doesn't mean that it should lack at least some degree of balancing, especially when decks like this start to pollute the meta

Its a necessary evil. Like dirty rat or Mutanus
It can be annoying, but overall you can play around it a bit
Having a big hand lessens the chance of him stealing your best card.

Mech Mage is just STUPID
It never runs out of steam
Can cheat mana
And deal 15 damage by turn like 5 or 6 with the shark
How is this a fun deck? Seems just horrible to play against.
2
Mech Mage can just spiral with an impossible to come back from board by turn 4 and 5
Like I do not like the idea of Mana cheat in Mech mage
I think this deck needs to be bought back a little into line.

This is actual toxic.
This is like 12/7 worth of minions by turn 4
I see why people have quit this game!

I understand before everyone starts screaming "Wild is mean't to be wild" at me, but I feel like the gamemode has really become worse and worse over the years.
I really enjoyed wild as it allowed me to play with most of the cards and decks I used to, but in the last year Wild has taken a deep into a pit and seems to only be getting worse and worse.
Wild has been ignored almost with no balance patches, cards breaking the format every other expansion and the same decks just taking over the format for years.
Anyone else feels like having more attention bought to wild with problematic cards and future cards would be a good idea?
Just as alot of players are frustrated that the gamemode keeps breaking every time new cards are added!
EDIT: Not calling wild bad, broken or unbalance. More highlighting how so many new cards seem to make game breaking and ASAP Nerfs to the game mode which seems like it is ignored compared to the other gamemodes.

Your opinion is fine, calling me a liar is not fine. Blizzard does like 2 balances patches a year for wild, when only cards are dominating the meta!
The point is, why introduce a card you know is going to break wild? Like Tiller and Hysteria was pointed out like a week before it was put into the game and still broke wild for 4 days until they had to change a new card. Which is the point I am making. It is "getting worse" as every expansion a card or two will break the meta and force ASAP Nerfs which should not the case.
I never said wild was broken or crap, I am saying it could be better and has been going down in my opinion for the last year in new cards balance.
1
Not lies FACTS! Darkglare and tiller both broke the format and got nerfed! So before you call me a liar, know that blizzard only nerfs broken cards for wild if they are actually breaking the format.
So saying I am lying when I say a card from an expansion breaks for format is not true. The gamemode may be fine, but I still think my point is valid. Blizzard rarely checks the card for it is use in wild, that is a fact. As having to nerf a card like 2 days in as wild is in a mess shows that the game mode is not carefully watched like standard.

Honestly, better than most BOH
It tells a good story, a bit of banta, interesting bosses and sets up a cliff hanger at the end
Boss fights: It is not too hard, Some interesting bosses, but overall nothing crazy
Only real downside is you have to have premade decks.

I think Shaman will not be tier 2.
I think they got better cards and got alot more to do, but 1 elemental and 1 draw is not enough to bring back the worse class in standard currently.
However, I am hopefully they might be a bit better.
