2 of them are, yes. sorry i could not fine any other examples, but we know that there were. 

The last few weeks have gone by since standard and wild was officially announced by the hearthstone team, as well as the "spring 2016 expansion". Even know we dont have any news from blizzard what the next expansion theme will be we expect it to be announced to us on march the 9th at a event held by blizzard. Normally we get a tease a week or two before expansion like examples seen bellow in the pass. 

(Here is a few that i could find) 

Past teases:

GVG: Blueprints

Blackrock :a lava elemental on hearthpwn

TGT: sword on hearthpwn and scroll send out as well at the "innkeeper tales" (lots of teases) 

LOE: A question mark showing that it is a surprise what it is, but it was coming really soon.

Spring 2016: ????

The point i am making is we have always had friendly tease for upcoming content, but this year we seem to be in the final week and nothing has been sent out to the media or other streamers about this huge update coming in spring 2016.

Do you think we might get a tease or is it to late and we will have to wait until anything is revealed on the 9th? 

Along with the new formats The expansion has been confirmed to be joining the tavern....

I came up with this idea for an Darkmoon faire expansion based around the event in WOW. it is my own ideas and i just wanted to share them with the community.  i hope you like it and i will try and add more cards soon :P

What is the darkmoon faire?

The Darkmoon Faire is a large gathering of activities on the southern area of Darkmoon Island, brought together by Silas Darkmoon. This time get ready to compete and “win” yourself over 120 new cards! Get ready for the most crazy games bought by the crazy folk who run this incredible, but spooky event!

Warrior legendary: 

Flavor text: Have you heard the joke of why Burth crossed the road? no?

This guy is pretty simple. it is RNG based card, but can be very good for a tempo/control play if you can get at least one good weapon out of him. I think he is balanced as he has one less Health than bolder fist ogre, but has a pretty cool effect not seen in hearthstone, unless from blingtron, which also gives your opponent a weapon which can be the downside that Burth does not have. his standard health means he can be killed, but if you opponent does not have an answer he can be amazing! imagine getting growhowl or doom hammer from him? could be a pretty strong card in a winning situation. But the negative could be No weapon at all or the dreaded cursed blade.  

a 1 mana neutral:

Flavor text: he does not like to monkey around...he likes to APE around instead 

Simple, but can be a huge tempo play! web spinner, coin , monkey = huge tempo play! But negative can be a slow late game card with no beasts.

NEW!!! Fortune cards! 

this expansion gives each class a fortune card which does a crazy effect! they are based around the luck in each game at the darkmoon faire! 

shaman:

 Pretty strong, but something that shamans could use a strong card to delay their opponent!

personally want to see a darker theme myself! i liked naxx as the theme was dark, but still have humor with the bosses. an expansion/ adventure like that would be awesome.

one that can make you smile, but still add a more sinister side to the hearthstone tavern :) 

Hearthstones adventures and expansions are normally based around a theme.

Naxx- dark theme full of monsters and undead 

GVG- lighthearted full of mechs and inventors 

blackrocks-dragons and fire

TGT- knights and glory

LOE- Adventure and fun 

The themes so far have been mostly mixed, but more on the happy and fun side in the last couple. the question i have is:

What theme would you like to see in next expansion and would you like a darker theme (undead, monsters, litch king) or another fun and lighthearted one (knights, fun,glory,ETC).

I would really like to see some kind of mega divine shield legendary or epic as it would be pretty cool to play :P 

just had a guy siv into SI:7 agent and won game -_- 

he also topdecked sap when i played big card......TWICE!

Rng is only healthy if both players get it in my opinion....if it is too one sided it ruins the game  

Playing a game where a guy has an answer to everything then he unstables into dr boom...then finishes games using arcane intellect to get fireball and frost bolt.....Rng...i unstable and get target dummy......how could i win where all my tempo is destroyed...he gets the best 7 drop in the game as a 5 drop and then top decks thing to kill me in one turn......How is that a fun and interactive game? Thanks alot blizzard XD 

 

We've seen a content release pattern of Adventure Mode sets into full card set - will this continue?

• We don't know that we have one solution that's good forever. Our next update could be a third expansion, or something we've never done before. Maybe we'll do multiple adventures in a row.

i do like your ideas of an expansion around true ruler of the sea! i think Naga are under used in the game as we only saw a brief appearance in LOE and we did not get really any cards base around Naga...hopefully we will see more of them in the future as i think they look pretty cool :D 

seeing Queen Azshara as a Naga legendary would be pretty awesome! :P 

that would be pretty cool! death knight sounds like an adventure...for an expansion do you think maybe like a sea expansion where murlocs and pirates would take center stage or possibly a Pandaria expansion ,with the thunder god lei Shen becoming a legendary! there are so many different possibilities...that makes me very excited XD 

2015 really saw some incredible expansions and releases for hearthstone! such as the ever popular tavern brawl and 3 releases which saw hundreds of new cards thrown into the game.
one of the most popular being LOE which was a surprise adventure, due to the majority thinking after TGT we would see ice crown action....the real question is, now we are in 2016 is...where next?
