I dont think that Warlock will suffer much. The new Murloc package looks good and when you play a cure like deck you can beat everything that does not have extreme regeneration. Questlock is also still a thing. Sure he loses some tools but so dos every other class. I crafted 2 decks that I will try out. Be aware that they are version 1.0 and by no means finished. Feedback would also be great if you have the time:
Shaman will be in an good place for sure but does not have any kind of interesting or new decks to play. Its the same as it is now while other classes have new archetypes to play with. I dont bother playing it.
Elise was played by control decks and Reno was alone enough to make Highlander decks. I think you underestimate these cards or just play the wrong decktypes for them.
The core set cards are "borrowed" so to speak. That means they go away if they are not in rotation anymore and you cant use them in wild. If you have the copy of the card you still can use them in wild even if they rotated from standard. If you like Wild, single player modes from the past or Duels I would not dust any cards.
You wild players really have to write "bUt WiLd!22!!11!" every time... wild is that... wild. Unbalanced mess. It was it before and will forever be. If you want some kind of a balance play other modes. Its that simple. They design cards for standard and not for wild. They already stated that multiple times.

I will write a comment. But at first glance it seems to late game focused and to greedy in general.

This decks tries to much to do anything "fun" that it is dysfunctional. Sad.

There are tribes that escalate with stats pretty quickly. Without poison there would be no counter play. They have to stay but I would limit it more.
