You seriously think that people didn't put as much effort into stuff in WoW as they do here? You realize that it actually costs money not only to PLAY WoW, but to CONTINUE playing. It's like saying screw your outlands armor sets, I want my tier 1 raid armor to be able to beat down Illidan like any other armor because I spent hard earned money for that.

Get outta here with that nonsense.

Who said anything about effort, the amount of time and/or money to get stuff in HS is VASTLY longer/more expensive than WoW, what can you possibly get in HS for 12.99, a month's time of WOW ? you can get full BiS gear in less than that in WoW from a brand new account with the right help. Which is why making a system that works like that is beyond retarded. Wild won't be playable, so you can disregard that argument already.
Why do you say Wild won't be playable? It's what the Ranked mode is now....and some people will play there even after the Standard mode has been released.
It's gonna be called Wild for a reason, long term; the absurd imbalances and synergies of old cards that remain broken and new cards will make it more like a joke "mode", like another Tavern Brawl, that's the general opinion here, from what i've seen so far anyway, i agree with it.

Everyone is doing like the whole Naxx and GvG cards get removed from the game, but we still have wild mode. And why is everyone thinking that the Standard Mode is the only mode left, I don't think there will be a big difference between the Standard Mode and the Wild Mode and also think they will keep both modes balanced. You can still do everything in the Wild Mode. Think like there are two modes now, 1 with all cards and 1 with only the newest expansions, why would we only play the one second mode? I think I will play both modes.

Um, no, Wild will not be balanced.  Wild will be like playing basketball, except both teams have machetes.  It's anybody's game!
Exactly this, anyone thinking wild will be playable is in for a huge dissapointment, it's basically gonna be a huge cesspool of imbalances, because they won't bother fixing old cards anymore, wild mode is sort of like the lvl 19 twink bracket in WoW, lol. God, i can't believe they would implement something this retarded, just at a loss of words.

HS has basically become WoW, with every new expansion your old stuff becomes useless, except your old stuff here isn't silly pants, they're cards you busted your ass or $$$ to get. Been only playing for 2-3 months but his has killed the game for me personally.

posted a message on Pack dilemma.

Greetings everyone, i started playing this awesome game about a month or two ago and i've made some decent progress, however i am facing a dilemma. When i started, i completed all the unique dailies, bought all adventures and only focused on buying classic packs, i got Ragnaros, Al'akir and Harisson Jones as Legendaries so far, but soon after i started getting only 30-40 dust packs constantly, so i started buying GvG packs, as i want some cards for a couple other decks, i've recently gotten my first GvG Legendary, which was Gahz'rilla. The problem is i'm starting to get a lot of duplicates again from GvG now.

So my question is: what type of card pack should i continue to buy now ? as i still need a lot of the classic Legendaries, some epics, and only a couple rares, i don't really need anything from GvG, and i haven't bought a single TGT pack yet. Would appreciate some help.

Typical starting hand: battle rage, inner rage, WW, execute and a useless for 4-5 turns patron/thaurissan/loatheb, a hunter/zoo lock/mech mage will destroy you in those 4-5 turns, you'll never recover. Where's this "stuff" that deals with aggro ? by the time you get to turn 5-6, if you survive, you won't have the right cards in your hand to deal with the situation or be able to play them, because you'll have to spend all your mana on removal so you don't die. This is 80% of all games.

This is possibly the worst deck i've ever seen on the front page. Every single aggro deck destroys you in the first 4-5-6 turns with just you sitting there like a moron with dead cards in your hand that don't do anything, your "otk" that takes 30 turns to set up gets obliterated by a 2 drop annoy o tron. I'm baffled as to how this awful, awful deck gets recognition, i'm sorry.
