seems like this is in place to counter the yeti but at a trade off. use this when you dont have any other minions out to cancel that extra cost

Incorrect. Each Naxx wing will have two or more class challenges associated with them. These challenges will be more complex than simply "Kill Boss".

But keep in mind the Silence Meta will begin with the CoN so lets consider all the posibilities with this cards in the game.

That would be the standard Zoolock deck, if you replaced Leper Gnome and Dark Iron Dwarf with those two cards. The deck you list above is only two cards off the standard Zoo deck, as is.
I run a variation of the standard Zoo deck myself. That only change I make is removing one Doomguard for one Arcane Golem. It doesn't happen often, but it really sucks if you end up getting two Doomguards in your hand at once, so switching one out for an Arcane Golem has made discarding a tad less painful in certain situations.
And I love Mortal Coil. I almost always get card draw from it, and by almost always I mean in the neighbourhood of 80% of the time.

Maybe it's because I said that the Ambusher dosn't fit with the normal Rogue play style. He dosn't. You don't want any of your minions being returned to your hand, with the exception of Leeroy, SI:7 Agent or at a push Earthen Ring. Rogues don't really run many Battlecry heavy minions (as the neutral Battlecrys are kinda bad), but even if your main focus is on re-using Defias Ringleader or Argent Defenders you've got no way of knowing what minion is coming back into your hand.
Turn 4 you play the Ambusher and it somehow lives. Turn 5 you play Coin, Defias, Argent. Now your opponent kills the Ambusher and you've got a chance to get a 3/3 Defias with Taunt back into hand, a 3/2 Scrub with Taunt, or your 2/3 Argent. You only really want the Argent back in your hand and even then you've missed out on dealing 2 damage with him.
Ambusher is designed as a Yeti with a Shadowstep built in, much like Kidnapper is a Magma Rager combined with Sap. And we all know how bad Kidnapper is :(

Sure it would work but the scenario would be hard to pull off. Usually the commander is dead on your opponents turn and even if it lives I'd rather preserve my 5/5. Idk, maybe I'm wrong but I just don't see using the ambusher death rattle to your advantage all too often. In most cases it will probably be a detriment.

Hallo my friends, stay a while and listen...
This is my Version of an Aggro Deck.
I played it from rank 20 to rank 12 on a 15-2 (played some games with my Warri http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/53303-griekz-wbadd-budget in between).
As u can see, I run with Leper Gnome. First, cause I haven't the Young Priestess, but then I like the Gnome in this deck. Opponent always want the gnome off the board - trades a Card for it or take dmg with HP. And the 2 dmg deathrattle are secure (no one silence the gnome! :)). And the secure dmg can be so nice in lategame, when opponent gets his big taunts out.

It would be nice, if the naxx-progress bases on skill...
