Probably one of the worst patch notes across the whole HS's history. Duels removal, heroic scam brawl, more ways to spend money for whales, making quests harder... on top of a very small nerf to a super-imbalanced meta. At least Twist will return in June (!).

If the extension is active, it should work. You can check out the extension settings to verify.

Packs may appear minutes, maybe hours later after the claim on Twitch.

Drops didn't start yet, is the ancient nonsense Daylight Savings Time change strikes again?

Edit: In the new patch notes starting time changed to 10:00 a.m. (PDT). So yeah, 1 hour later. 

It will also go for 24h, so everyone can get the rewards at their prime time.

Tip: If you're watching the streams at Chrome, you can use this extension to get the rewards automatically. You can also mute the Twitch tab (not the stream) to go full afk.

Wow, locking a new card (Corridor Sleeper) to a pre-order. That's a new low for cash grabs in HS.

If you start a new Arena run before the patch, don't complete it. After the patch you'll get the rewards of your win count + new Arena Ticket.

Seriously? Leave it as it currently is at least, why remove it from the game?

Probably the reason to remove it completely is the reward structure that allows people to earn things besides the battle pass and daily/weekly quests.

Is arena next?

Most likely at 2nd or 3rd week of January, because Heroic Scam Brawl is at 3rd of January to drain gold from players.

It was always intended to be a seasonal mode that would deactivate from time to time, kind of like a giant Tavern Brawl.

This is such a bullshit. They said nothing about this when Twist or Caverns of Time was released (only said that CoT set would be usable in at least 3 months for Twist). This is yet another Activision-Blizzard rug pull like Overwatch 2 PvE mode.
