Great post!!! There isn't a lot of clear posts out there about when exactly expansions cycle out, and I figured it was annually, but wasn't sure with how many changes there's been to cards in hs.
All of the cards in the current meta are way overpowered in respect to the original hearthstone cards. Plaguemaw as it stands is incredibly overpowered, but it can feel like it pales in comparison to the other stupidly overpowered cards out right now. So, in respect to the current cards yes, plaguemaw is a little weak. But I wouldn't say it's a "really terrible card at its current cost" at all. Without plaguemaw a lot of games would've been lost in my experience. A 2 mana 2/3 would also make it *worse* imo, more susceptible to individual-targeting clears. As it stands only a few removal cards can kill it, but 3 health opens the doors so so much.
